Okay so I've tried several Pokemon rps over the years. They always start off strong, but the travelling aspect seems to cause them to wear out. So I want to do something a little different!

Pokemon Academy will be an rp that takes place primarily in one location. There will be field trips, and opportunities for Trainers to obtain different items/Pokemon, but instead of travelling to different locations to obtain badges/Contest Ribbons, Trainers will take exams in order to raise their status as trainers, and will be considered full fledged trainers, capable of entering the Pokemon League upon graduation.

I have many aspects of the rp written up already, but for now, I just want to see if anyone would be interested in joining the rp! I'm hoping to have about 10 students total. (Preferably 5 male, and 5 female characters.)

I'll put my interest into the mix. This sounds quite interesting.
 
Question, what generation would this to explore? Or would it just be any and all generations
 
This sounds like my type of Pokemon RP, 1 female here!
 
Probably should say I will be playing a female too.
 
I already have some pokemon OCs made up with templates and everything.

Well then, let me be the first to respond to you @Proficiency •v• I'll most like be going with an effeminate male who's internally struggling with his feelings. Bit of an introverted shut in who needs to experience human contact more to develop himself as a person. Or something. •u•
 
It'll depend on the setting for me. I don't like to reuse OCs, unless it's a continuation of their story, so I'll wait until we get a bit more info regarding age ranges and Pokémon experience before setting anything in stone.

That being said, I do like the idea of a type specialist, maybe even a Bug Catcher/Maniac inspired character.
 
i too intend to go with a type specialist of sorts. I tend to lean towards pokemon of the monster egg group so i was thinking of playing a PokeManiac (the trainer class that cosplay) since they too use pokemon in that egg group.
 
Well I'm going for a Fire Typer Trainer with eyes set on being a gym leader. As for OC's I always make a new oc, never have reused
 
I usually make a batch of OCs that I can use at any given point. I'm either going to use my fighting type girl or my dark type one. It'll ultimately depend on the age range and generations that are available.
 
Kinda hope it will be all Gen's especially with how all the games past Black/White have been working, other wise might screw with me just a smidge

What characters yall interested in playing? @Neko_Green already dropped their character (good job by the way) and it makes me interested in what everyone else gots planned. Overall I like talking characters anyways

I honeslty forgot what is she all about. Was she the one that smoked? I couldn't find my nice a pretty one I had made it makes me sad.
