The first one to respond on Michelle's question was the little girl, introducing herself as Mi-Cha Park from Seoul, Korea. Poor girl she thought to herself, already calculating and predicting how long the kid will last in the training facility. She then looked at the octopus plushie, loving his name. His name suits him and looks so adorable with his mustache. Love the monocle too she said to her thoughts with a faint smile gracing her lips. Her blunt personality then made her look at the child once again, her eyes soft with a hint of pity. Michelle knew she shouldn't socialize with them for too long or she'll get attached to them but her kind heart just couldn't help it. She needed to give this kid an advice and that is exactly what she'll do.

"You should toughen up, mademoiselle Mi-cha. if you keep that attitude up I'm sure you won't last long" she said honestly, her voice cold yet caring. She didn't want the girl to get the wrong idea of her being mushy with her. Its way too early for that.

Mr. Snuggles sighed once again, loving the fact that Michelle is being herself but kind of hating it that she's too blunt. "Forgive her mademoiselle. Michelle is just blunt. She doesn't like to sugar coat her words or use a silver tongue when speaking to others" the bear apologized, removing his hat and bowed before placing it back to his head to talk to the octopus "And I dare say I fancy your hat as well."

The boy then began to introduce himself as Fritz Jonsson and his pig plushie as Leeloo. So they're from Norway huh? I knew I heard their accent before.

"Pleasure to meet the two of you" Michelle said to the two before looking at Mr. Classy and Mi-cha "You two as well."

Mi-Cha stared in wonder at Fritz, well his mouth in particular. She was amazed at his language, not that she knew what he was saying, but she had only heard Korean and English all her life and now suddenly hearing his, she wanted to exchange phrases with him to compare the most likely vast differences in speech. However now obviously wasn't the time. But maybe during one of their free times...

Mi-Cha snapped to attention when Michelle told her that she wouldn't last long, and she kept calling her mademoiselle! What was mademoiselle? And why did she think she wouldn't last? Did that mean that the Americans would kill them at some point if they weren't strong enough? And who said she wasn't strong enough? She was strong! She only cried once! Ignoring what the stuffed bear was saying, Mi-Cha glowered at the French girl. "Shut up 바보 평균 소녀!" (stupid mean girl) She shrieked, her cheeks getting red with anger. On her shoulder Mr Classy let out a strangled gasp. "Mi-Cha!" He hissed, but he was a loyal octopus so he glared at the French girl too. "You would do well to mind your manners, and gain some tact, young lady." He then turned back to the bear. "Thank you for the compliment and I appreciate the apology, but an apology is only worth something when the perpetrator delivers it." He sniped with a huff. And to think that I was getting excited thinking a toy of my status would be accompanying us. I'm starting to think the flying swine is a better companion for Mi-Cha's sake. I don't need her becoming a foul mouthed brute to prove herself. He thought, giving said porcine and Norse boy an appraising look.

Tara listened intently to what the kid was saying and oddly enough she understood. She knew what it was like to not get along and be at odds with a parent. Although she would never tell her dad that Sheriff was her boyfriend because he would probably gun the plushie down. Still, it was kind of nice to know that they had something else in common, even though Tara had yet to share her parental issues.

She looked back to where Sera had pointed and saw the boy lagging behind. She knew now that she'd seen him that she couldn't turn away, especially since Ailis seemed so gung ho about helping him. "Yeah, but hold on. If we do something to sudden, they might default to their favorite stage: Trigger happy." She murmured. And thought for a minute on how to 'catch up' with the boy without pissing off the soldiers. Glancing down at the ground, Tara saw Ailis's shoes and took a chance. Stepping forward quickly she stepped on the aglet of the other girl's shoe, pulling the lace free. "Sorry, I tripped." She said when a soldier cocked an eyebrow at her. Leaning down so she could whisper in the younger girl's ear. "Stop to tie your shoe, then when the boy reaches you, bring him up here." She said, hoping the girl wouldn't be too upset about the shoe lace thing.

AILIS and SION-SION
[fieldbox=A&S, orange]Ailis had to fight not to tumble over to the ground when her laces got caught on something. No, wait, they were stepped on. "Hey!" she spat out unhappily. "I almost fell!" Then Tara leaned down and revealed her plan, and the little girl fought to keep her eyebrows from rising. That was a good idea, she had to admit. She readily accepted the plan with a subtle nod, and glanced down to her sneakers. Yep, she would actually have to tie them... and it took her a while to tie her shoes. Her shoulders slumped in an act to appear bugged and sad.

She crouched to the ground, sitting back on her heels and grabbing the ends of her laces. She then made her clumsy attempt to get it them to form the bow shape they'd been in earlier. She wasn't getting very far. She could feel one of the gun-toting men's eyes on her, but did what she could to ignore it until he passed by. She really, really was not efficient in tying her own shoes. Actually, she usually got her family friends' maternal figure to do it for her. In fact, the boy in question (who seemed much older than herself) was only a few feet behind when she was done. She tugged on the laces to tighten the bow, and then stood up.

She felt the need to act a bit more once she was on her feet, making it seem like she hadn't been plotting something the whole time. She wondered if a surprised expression was overdoing it. "Oh, hi," she said, directing her words at the stranger who was now struggling past her. "You having a bit of trouble?" She approached him from the side and said quietly, "Here, you can use me for support. I'll help you catch up with the others."

Fritz Jonsson and Leeloo
Fritz found himself surprised by the quick turn of events between the girls. Things had been cordial at first, but it wasn't long before Michelle told Mi-Cha to toughen up. Mi-Cha, being the attacked party, retorted angrily in Korean. That had deteriorated quickly, hadn't it? Leeloo huffed at the turn, even though Mr. Snuggles had done his best to apologize for his girl's actions. Personally, the pig couldn't blame the girl. She was French, so of course she was blunt. Then again, to Leeloo she hadn't been blunt at all. He was happy to remain silent and let Fritz debunk the situation.
"Mi-Cha...I don't think Michelle was trying to be rude. Right?" He offered, looking at the French girl for confirmation, maybe even a little backup.
A disgruntled oink came from his arms, revealing that Leeloo was flailing in order to be let down.
"Virkelig?" The boy asked before letting the winged pig down.
Leeloo walked between the two girls, taking a bit of a lead over Fritz.
"Thou art still young, little Mi-cha. Thou shalt come to understand what young Michelle meant in time." The pig commented. "And do you have to be so protective, blekksprut?"
"Leeloo!" Fritz scolded, punting the pig a few feet ahead with a well-placed kick to the butt.
He looked over to the Korean pair apologetically before speaking up.
"I'm very sorry! Leeloo doesn't know how to talk to other people without being an ass." The boy apologized. "Oh, and he meant you, Mr. Classy, when he said 'blekksprut.' It means octopus."
Another disgruntled oink reached his ears and after a few seconds of searching, he found that his plushie was struggling to get over a tall rock in the path. Fritz found himself wondering if he should actually help the pig or not.

Michelle wasn't even affected by the sudden outburst of the young child, not caring if Mi-cha is saying something bad about her in Korean. She's used to getting these type of reactions that she just doesn't care anymore. "C'est une des raisons pourquoi je ne pas socialiser. Es-tu heureux maintenant?" she said towards Mr. Snuggles, crossing her arms and just staring at Mi-cha. The octopus words seemed to strike a nerve as she glared at him, not liking the fact that they judge her so easily. She's French for goodness sakes! It's in their blood to be blunt.

Mr. Snuggles didn't expect Mi-cha and Mr. Classy to lash out at Michelle. Feeling guilty, he kneels in front Michelle with his hat on his chest, apologizing "Pardonne-moi. Ce n'était pas mon intention de--" Mr. Snuggles didn't even finish what he's about to say when Michelle spoke up, feeling more anxious at her words.

"Assez. J'espère que ce sera la dernière fois que tu m'as fait faire quelque chose comme ça. Vous savez comment je pensent être jugés" Michelle interjected, her fist balling out of anger. She hated being judged for when she was a child and her parents didn't know that Mr. Snuggles is alive, her parents thought she's crazy for talking to him every day and locked her up, isolating her from the rest of the family and tried to take Mr. Snuggles away from her. Of course, they soon discovered the truth, but Michelle became different. She always remembers horrible memories when someone judges her.

Mr. Snuggles didn't dare to talk anymore as he looked at Fritz when he spoke, happy that he seems to understand Michelle.

"I'm glad that you think so Monsieur Fritz but I would rather leave my judgement to you four. That's where your best right? Judging people and thinking that they're crazy or rude or stupid?!" Michelle retorted, her cool facade now fully cracked and slips of anger showing as her voice began to rise up with every word.

Mr. Snuggles looked at Michelle in shock and quickly panicked. It's rare for Michelle to lose her cool and when she does, it doesn't always end in a good way. He then did the only logical thing he can do to save Michelle from her wrath: he climbed atop of Michelle's shoulders, hugged her before giving her a kiss on the cheek. He didn't like to see Michelle upset. "Ma Cherie, stop. I hate to see you upset.. I'm sorry.."

Michelle realized what she's doing and quickly stopped, her hands now bleeding from how hard she clenched her fist that her nails dug into her skin, drawing blood. "F-Forgive me.." she mumbled, biting her lip to stop herself from doing anything that would show weakness.

Charles & Rosea
Charles was silent as he listened to the plush giraffe and his savior talk with one another. It was intriguing to watch for his own plush didn't speak a word. Awe swam in his vision as he continued to listen. Hearing words about blowing their plushies' heads off, the young male slightly tighten his hold on Rosea, hoping that such a thing wasn't really true. Fortunately, the conversation took a light turn, stopping him from dwelling on the earlier topic. As introductions began to start up, he took note of everyone's name and stored it inside of his mind. They seemed like nice plushies and people. He would want to spend time with them as they went through this....school, or whatever you wanted to call it. Alissa the Savior and her plushie, Viola. Those are pretty names, he thought. As the giraffe introduced himself as Busby, Charles craned his neck to see where his handler, Sera, was. He wondered if she was as kind as Busby. Busby the Giraffe and Sera the Star. He had quite the way of remembering people.

Returning his focus to the people that he was with, the Irish boy almost squeaked at how close the giraffe was. Hearing the concern in his voice, he couldn't help but laugh softly and nod. "Yes, I'm okay," he reassured the worried giraffe, reaching out to gently pat its head. "It's nice to meet all of you. My name's Charles," he paused as he shifted Rosea so she was being held in a way where everyone can see her, "and this is Rosea. She doesn't speak like you guys do, but I can still understand her," he explained. The pink penguin waved one of her flippers in an enthusiastic manner, obviously excited to meet new people. If she could, she would smile, but she couldn't, so she relied on her enthusiastic waving skills, hoping to convey her excitement. It always took others a while to understand her, which would frustrate her at times since Charles could understand her so easily. Majority of the time, that is.

Alissa liked the kind giraffe more and more as the seconds ticked by. She hoped he was right though. She hoped nothing happened to all of them. Worry etched itself deep into the American's gut as she smiled. She had learned how to hide her worry a long time ago.

"Rosea is quite adorable." She commented, the little pink penguin also making her squee a little on the inside. The brunette had always loved stuffed animals. Rosea's frantic waving just made her all the more cuter. Alissa didn't care if she could talk or not. There were, after all, still bouts of silence she had from her own plushie. Speaking of the purple dragon, Viola peeked out and looked over at the three assembled with her handler and she gave them curt nods as a greeting. Carefully, so as not to disturb Charles's hold on her handler, Viola climbed up to sit on top of Alissa's head. Using the vantage point to peer out ahead of them. The plushie squinted her safety eyes as much as she could.

Alissa wanted to ask what would happen now, but her answer had already been given earlier. The girl was sad. She didn't want to have to fight these two adorable plushies or their handlers. She didn't want to fight at all, she never had. Alissa shifted her grip of the boy again, trying not to jostle him too much, but also trying to keep him from sliding down.

"Hey Viola, I packed my kit, right?" She asked out of the blue. The dragon atop her head huffed before it curried back down into her backpack and began to dig around. She knew what her handler spoke of, it was her plushie kit. It had a small bag of stuffing, a couple needles, and a handful of different colored threads. After some digging, the dragon located it and nodded before she dug her way back out and nodded against Alissa's neck so the girl would feel it. Viola was a little insecure about talking. She didn't have a mouth.

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]Eugene[/BCOLOR] and [BCOLOR=#ffffff]Andil[/BCOLOR]

The boy had been struggling along in the back of the group for a while and, at first, this seemed like not too much of a bad disposition. Staying away from the others gave him the time to think and reason with what was going on in his life, which had all of a sudden made a 180 degree turn. Yet, this state of calmness was soon broken by the annoyed comments of the soldiers that were accompanying the group. Stuttering out an apology, while simultaneously covering up Andil so as to stiffen the bat's growl at their voices, Eugene attempted to quicken his pace, almost tripping in the process.

He didn't really have time for relaxation. The whole situation was bad, and ugly. However, suddenly it began to brighten up...

At firts the boy was starttled to hear a voice next to him since he hadn't even senses the precense of the person. Plus, Eugene was quite sure that even if he walked as fast as he could with Andil's help, he could still not reach his unfortunate companions. Yet, this girl had somehow ended up at the same pace as him.

Realizing that she meant no harm but, quite on the contrary, wanted to help him, Eugene reluctantly agreed to her support. The boy was very well aware that he would not be too well off by himself. [BCOLOR=#ffffff]"Thank you... You are too nice"[/BCOLOR] he replied to her words in a barely audible manner [BCOLOR=#ffffff]"I apologize for burdening you in this way... May I ask what your name is? Oh, also, I am Eugene and this is Andil."[/BCOLOR] Gesturing to the plushie who had once again taken to resting on top of the boys head, he somehow managed a soft smile.

[fieldbox=A&S, orange]Hm? What had he said? Ailis almost missed the boy's words of gratitude. She didn't have time to register his thanks before he began apologizing, and then introducing himself. Eugene the bat and Andil the boy. No, wait, it was the other way around! The little girl was a tiny bit confused, but she shook it off.

"You don't need to apologize; you're welcome! I did this 'cause I wanted to. You didn't do anything to be sorry for," she said in a happy tone. The Irish girl re-adjusted her grip on Sion-Sion, with the fox hiding his irritation at being moved out of the way for a human stranger. Ailis wrapped a hand around Eugene's wrist and began helping to lead him along the easiest path she could find. She watched for all the steep steps and big rocks in the way.

"I was talking to some nice girls, and they're just up ahead. You should come meet them," she said. Then, a question dawned on her. "Hey, why were you so far behind? Is your leg broken, or something?"

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]"Well, it's good to know that there are other people around like you"[/BCOLOR] Eugene responded to the Irish girl's words. It was encouraging to be aware of this fact, which meant that there were individuals willing to lend a helping hand. The boy just hoped not to become too much of a burden for them so, despite all that his new acquaintance had said before about there being no need to apologize, he still felt equally as guilty as he was grateful.

Trying to push such thoughts to the back of his head, the boy began thinking of a way to lighten up the mood while the girl carefully lead him forward. However, that was certainly a daunting task since the last remark emitted by his companion had roused a sense of awkwardness within Eugene. Yet, it wasn't that sort of unpleasant awkwardness but rather one that calls for a laugh. And so, for the first time since his arrival, the boy allowed himself the privilege of a small giggle while simultaneously covering up Andil's mouth, who had become irritated over that same statement.

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]"No, no, my leg is fine"[/BCOLOR] Eugene replied, a high note in his voice [BCOLOR=#ffffff]"I just... you see... I can't see, a-as in I am blind... Have been since the day was born! That isn't a problem, though, since I have Andil to help me out most of the time, yet even then I can't keep up with such a pace. And that's pretty much it... Um... sorry but I didn't quite catch your name?"[/BCOLOR]

Sera could sympathize with Ailis on some level as well. Although it wasn't nearly as complicated, she didn't have a very good standing with her parents either. They weren't a very big part in her life but that's probably to be expected with them having busy jobs leading them across the world for months on end. Nonetheless, she understood how it felt to not want parents around. Although, like Tara, she kept this to herself.

When Tara tripped up Ailis, Sera almost leaned in to help the girl in case she fell but then the plan became apparent and she backed off; lingering only for a few moments. Well that was awfully clever of Tara. "Quick thinking," the girl praised with a whisper and a grin. Looking back, she saw that Ailis had caught the boy's wrist and started leading him up to her and Tara.

"Need any more help?" She offered once they drew closer.

Busby was delighted when the boy patted his head and introduced himself as Charles. The threads around his mouth pulled taunt to display as much of a smile as he could manage when Rosea waved her greeting.

"It's really nice to meet you all," he returned, before standing tall again. Although he really disliked being taller than most others, he was able to keep a good watch on everyone; including his girl. He noticed that she had lagged behind a little and was hesitating for an orange haired girl who towed a boy behind her. That was odd to say the least.

His attention landed on Alissa again when she mentioned a kit. "You have a first aid kit? Goodness, you have good foresight! It might be handy later," he gushed shortly before adding with some concern; "I mean, at least I hope not. I'm not really sure what Lt. Ryan Scott has in mind when he suggested that we'd be fighting against each other."

Honestly, he couldn't imagine being pitted against any of these kids and their plushes - he was just as disturbed by it as Alissa was. He wasn't made to harm others, he was a stuffed animal! It was their job to offer comfort, not fear or frustration, right? Besides, what purpose could a bunch of stuffing serve for the army? He had to remain skeptical or else he'd really start to show some worry.

AILIS and SION-SION
[fieldbox=A&S, orange]"Ohhh." How very not observant of her! So, he was blind... What did he think of the concept of colors..? Lost so deeply in her thoughts, Ailis was taken off guard when Eugene had to ask for her name a second time.

"Whoops!" she said. "Sorry, I shoulda said that first! I'm Ailis. Nice to meet you, Eugene!" She was honestly glad that none of the kids seemed anywhere near as harsh as the Lt. Then she saw that they'd actually passed by a few people, and only had a little way to go to reach her 'friends'. Was it too soon to call them that? She hoped not. Sera approached and offered her aid. This drew some sharp stares from the soldiers... She had just turned around and walked backwards!

Peacefully oblivious to this, Ailis turned to the blind boy. "Hey, Eugene, that's one of the girls I mentioned!" Then, she called up ahead to reply "Sera! Tara! He can't see too well. Let's be his eyes for him!"

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]"It's a pleasure to meet you, Ailis"[/BCOLOR] Eugene responded to the girl, still entertained by the "Ohhh" that had escaped her a moment ago. In the past he had come across people that never really noticed his disability, similar to the case he had ended up in now, but as soon as he mentioned it, they would get very audibly uncomfortable, making the situation painful. So, when such a thing did not occur, the boy was glad, to say the least.

Lost in thought, Eugene didn't even notice how fast they were walking (compared to his usual pace), going past the figures of some of the kids. Thus, by the time he came to himself, Ailis and him had wound up close to the girl's two friends she had mentioned. Surprised by this fact, it took a while for Eugene to respond to one of their questions. [BCOLOR=#ffffff]"Oh, uh, I think I am fine for now! Thank you for offering to help, though."[/BCOLOR] All of them certainly sounded like nice people, which made the boy feel safer in a sense, both for himself and Andil. [BCOLOR=#ffffff]"Sera and Tara? What melodic names... They sound completely different from Lt Scott"[/BCOLOR] he thought as Ailis called up to them. [BCOLOR=#ffffff]"Be my eyes?"[/BCOLOR] the boy said to himself and smiled. After marching for about an hour, the group came to a gradual halt in front of an ominous looking building. Upon allowing his gaze to land on it, Lt. Scott smiled wickedly, and turned on his heel to face the crowd. "Welcome to your new home, kiddies! This lovely building behind me is the facility where you will attend all of your classes, eat your meals, and enjoy brief leisure time. The barracks," He pointed to the left, where a large two story beige building with dark brown trim stood. "are over there. There's a boy side and a girl side with each side having a group bathroom. Remember what I said about entering each others sides. If I catch a boy on the girl side or vice versa I won't hesitate to castrate you. You girls might not think that's possible for you, but trust me. I will find a way. Now then! I'll let you brats get settled into your dorms. Because I'm just such a nice guy I'll let you kiddies rest for today and explore the complex." He said, with a false smile, before walking off.

Most of the soldiers departed with him, taking up posts at multiple locations, but two soldiers, a woman with a tattoo sleeve and a guy with an easy going smile remained. They said nothing, but as the kids approached their dorms, they followed.

Mi-Cha felt a little bad for yelling at Michelle, but refused to apologize. If she wasn't being corralled by the American soldiers, she would have stalked off, but for now she just had to glare at Michelle and her bear. When Leelo spoke Mr Classy almost transformed. He was a perfect gentleman but he would not allow the swine to disrespect him any longer! Thankfully, Mi-Cha rested a hand on her companions head to keep him from lunging off of her shoulder. Even with the translation Mr Classy felt insulted, 'bleak sport' or what was it that the thing had said? Blekkspurt! It sounded so crude and scandalous! Even if it was an accurate term, he couldn't help but seethe with rage.

Fortunately before he or Mi-Cha could deal out the fisticuffs, their trek to the facility came to an end. Mi-Cha stood on her tiptoes in an effort to see Lt. Scott as well as hear him and when the man dismissed them, Mi-Cha shot a glance at Michelle, then squeezed her way to the head of the crowd with a 'hmph!'. Mr Classy let out an approving 'hm' as his girl led the way to the dorms and ascended the stairs.

Although outwardly she appeared calm and collected. Inwardly, Mi-Cha was freaking out. She felt vulnerable and terribly exposed in front of everyone, but she didn't want to slow down and let Michelle think she was weak. When they got to the door, Mi-Cha yanked it open and entered a hallway she glanced from side to side unsure of which one was the girls side, until a voice from the back of the crowd stated, "Girls on the right, boys on the left." The female soldier said.

Mi-Cha nodded and entered the door on the right and visibly deflated. She didn't know what she had been expecting, but metal bunk beds in a barren room was definitely not it. She stepped into the room and placed her bags on the nearest bunk, before flopping on to it and curling up on her side. Her fierce facade from earlier dissipated her lip began to tremble as her eyes watered. This was all so real now. She was going to be hear for ten years in this horrible place with no one she knew and she'd probably never see her parents again!

tara%20and%20_zpshcw2zla1.jpg

Tara was happy that Ailis didn't hold the whole 'tripping her up' thing against her and was also glad that the plan worked out so well. When Ailis and the boy--Eugene--reached them, Tara frowned. He was blind? And these asswipes still kidnapped him here? And without any accomodations either. That Lt. Scott guy was a supreme dickwad. She wanted to voice her opinion, but figure she'd get a face full of gun barrel if she made one unhappy sound. So instead she chose to answer Eugene's question.

"Sera noticed you back there, and we decided to help you because it's the right thing to do. Us, 'kids' should all stick together since we only have each other. Forming friendships will help us out in the long run." She said quietly, her voice almost a murmur. She didn't want the soldiers to hear her just in case they got their kicks out of squashing any fire that the kids had in them.

When they got to the facility, Tara glanced worridely at Eugene. Her, Sera and Ailis had each other, but she hadn't seen him talking to any guys. Although she'd heard snippets of other people's conversations and figured they couldn't be that bad. Plus, Eugene had a plushie to help him and if he needed extra assistance, Tara would sent Sheriff over. Lt. Scott had said no girls mixing with boys, but he hadn't said anything about plushies. Plus Sheriff was a boy.

"We should meet up later." Tara said, before entering the girl's side. The dorm rooms didn't surprise her much as they resembled the ones that had been at her 'summer camp'. Claiming a top bunk, Tara flung her bags on top, and pulled herself up, forgoeing the ladder.

Sera shrugged and smiled when the boy passed on her offer to help; not that he'd be too aware of the action apparently. Considering his sight problems, Ailis had him pretty well covered with her forceful leading. Sera wondered if the whole pulling by his wrist thing was too much or at least too rough? But the kid didn't seem too bothered.

Sera divided her attention between what Tara was saying and Lt. Scotts' rude frothing – to her ears at least – before turning to Tara and the others to agree; "some kinda alliance in this boot camp hell is better than nothing, right? It makes no sense to make enemies in a place like this. Busby would say it's 'counterproductive in this situation'."

Once the larger group began to filter into the separate dorm rooms, Sera stuck around with Eugene long enough to feel comfortable with him going off on his own. Before parting she patted the boy on the shoulder and reassured, "we'll see you later!"

When she entered the barracks, her shoulders sank under the weight of the military-esque environment. Just how droll could this place get? Just the fluorescent lights and concrete walls were enough to diminish her confidence for a moment. There was no way she could stay here for ten years. She needed to push on in order to get home.

Gathering herself, she trotted to the bunk across from Tara's and tossed her stuff onto the bottom. She glanced around before slowly sitting on its edge. "This uh," she paused for a moment to chew on her lip. "This really sucks." She really wanted Busby around right about now. Her eyes kept wandering to the door.

Luckily the giraffe wasn't too far away. When the group split, he bid Charles and Rosea farewell before seeking out his handler. Of course the plush was a little flustered upon having to make his way through the clump of children before finally bowing his way through the door. Bowing his head was unnecessary but he was the type to think himself as taking up much more space than he really was.

"Busby, over here," Sera's voice, sounded not too far away, made him physically perk up. He waded over to her side before shrinking back to his normal size in order for her to pick him up and brush the dirt off his legs.

"This place seems a little barren," he muttered to her once she put him on the bed.

"Yeah, no kidding. It's a prison but they persist in convincing us it's a dang school," she returned. She was clearly a lot calmer now that he was back at her side. While she fell into a comfortable silence, Busby kept an eye out for the girl he was traveling with before; Alissa and Viola.

Alissa and Viola

Alissa had continued to carry Charles all the way up to the facility, finally letting him down as they were given their rooming assignments. The 16 year old stayed rooted to her spot, watching some of the younger kids settle in before she finally let herself follow the same path she had watched their giraffe friend disappear to. Viola popped back onto Alissa's shoulder, nuzzling at her neck a little before standing upright and puffing out her chest as they got a look at their sleeping quarters. Alissa was used to sharing her spaces, but this was something else. The brunette reached up and tucked one of her twintails behind an ear. Did it matter which bunk she chose? She stayed frozen before the little dragons tail tickling at her ear had her moving forward again. She trailed between the bunks before finally claiming an unclaimed one that had some empty bunks around it. She threw her backpack, large and somewhat faded, onto the small mattress. Glancing around again at all of the bland colors, she wished she had some fabric. She could brighten it up at least a little bit. Alissa let herself fall to sit on the bed beside her bag, hair bouncing as she did. The teenager didn't want to be here. Viola leaped down and began to sniff around at the bed, tail starting to lash angrily, almost cat like.

"Alissa!" She hissed turning to look up at her handler. "release the minions!" She declared moving to grab at the much bigger backpack and drag it towards her human. Said human blinked before a giggle erupted from her lips. Obediently, she pulled the back pack closer and dug her hands into it until she felt a familiar fleece sack. It was a drawstring bag she'd made. Then she pulled it out. Viola jumped up and down eyeing the bag as Alissa set her backpack down on the floor next to the bed. She then held the drawstring bag over her head before she dramatically pulled the top open and emptied out a dozen or so tiny fleece dragons in a variety of colors. All of them where maybe between a fourth to a fifth the size of Viola and they looked identical to her. However Viola was the only purple beast among them....and the only living one. As the last of the small dragons hit the bed, Viola pounced into the pile of them.

The larger dragon began to push them around, as if organizing them, with her nose before she looked up at the human pointedly then at each corner of the bed. Again, Alissa followed the unspoken decree and moved each of the four piles to the corresponding corners of the bed. She glanced back at the largest dragon.

"Are you satisfied oh purple one?" She asked, her voice playful as Viola gave a firm nod, marching the perimeter of the bed and straightening the piles up as she saw fit. The minions where her own security force....even if they couldn't really do anything, Viola liked to pretend. after some more straightening, Alissa's partner turned around and gave a firm nod before marching back to the center of the bed and sitting there like she owned it. Alissa shook her head, an amused and fond smile settling over her features before she reached her hands over her head in a stretch, cracking one of her shoulders in the process.

"Why didn't you choose the high bed?" Violas voice questioned, almost accusingly. Alissa blinked and looked at the bunk above her head before she glanced back down at the dragon with a shrug. Viola's head tilted. "Can I have it?" She asked, giving her wings a flap.

"If no one else claims it, I don't see why not." Her human answered her before half turning and letting her frame fall to the left side of the dragon with a slight bounce. Viola paused for just a moment before she burrowed herself between Alissa's chin and the mattress, squishing herself into the small space and not minding one little bit.

"Should we explore?" Alissa blinked at the question.

"Perhaps in a little bit." She answered before she stretched her feet from their partially curved position so that they were straight. Silence stretched, Viola wriggled around before popping back out and scurrying up the ladder to get to the top bunk. When she reached the high point, she found a corner and perched there, looking around with safety button eyes. She could see the giraffe from earlier, now small, with his handler. The girl with the star backpack. Not that she'd care to remember a human's name other than her own humans. she looked out over all the females and their plushies one by one, feeling very much like a true dragon sitting atop her mountain top home.

Fritz Jonsson and Leeloo
Fritz ended up helping Leeloo in the end, though he wasn't particularly happy about it. He couldn't help but feel deflated when the situation between the girls didn't diffuse, one even going so far as to try and drag him into the fray. The Norwegian hadn't said anything judgmental, had he? Sure it was a pretty stressful situation, but did she have to criticize him like that? Fritz had only wanted to help alleviate some of the stress, but apparently it had backfired. Leeloo's commentary probably hadn't helped, but he didn't want to think about his companion having done something to hinder his efforts. The boy fell silent for the rest of the journey, deciding that it probably was better to just be quiet. Their depressing destination didn't help with his deflated mood. Fritz made a point to lag behind the girls when an effort was made to forge forth into the barracks. He set Leeloo down so his companion could walk the short distance. The Norwegian made his way into the barracks after the woman with a tattoo sleeve had entered. He moved to the left when prompted and found a corner bottom bed to set his bag on. Frtiz plopped down and glanced at Leeloo, who struggled to pull himself onto the bed. Well, at least he had someone in this awful place.

Unlike Fritz, Leeloo was happy enough with the situation. He'd successfully pushed away the newcomers and had his boy all to himself. To the pig, it was a win-win situation no matter who had been hurt.

AILIS and SION-SION
[fieldbox=A&S, orange]Figuring she would have too much trouble reaching a top bunk, Ailis grabbed a bottom bunk and flopped onto it, tired. Maybe she shouldn't have run for the first some-hundred meters. After a few moments of relaxing on the not-so-perfect mattress that seemed like heaven anyway, Ailis sat up and set her plushie in her lap. "Sion-Sion, what do you think of what happened so far today?" she asked. "This school looks like it'll be very interesting, won't it?"

What time was it? What would their next event be? Sparring, lunch, or something else? She hoped it was lunch.
