Since, Venris is wearing a Clip Harness does the +30 get tacked on? Also, it says in the clip harness entry that he cannot fall if he fails.

the thing says he plummets to his death, though with the Clip harness, I'll say you get a reroll.

Guilliman doesnt plummet but he doesnt get very far.
