I am looking for this kind of roleplay no romance though.
There are two twins a boy and a girl. The girl gets into a car crash and ends up on life support. Later they found out she is pregnant.
There is another girl that is two years younger and very close to the boy. The girl on life support causes problems between the two ones that are alive. Especially now that the girl is pregnant.
Or it could be her husband or boyfriend that abused her and that's how she got on life support and with a baby.
