I got mine a new house.
And by that, I mean we've spent a solid 3 days doing nearly nothing but move into the house we've recently built and passed inspection with. Tonight will be the first time we're sleeping in it!
I also baked like 7 dozen cookies for breakfast since this is the first time we've had a proper oven in 5 years x_x

I (almost) surprised my mom by showing up from school a week early, so I was in time for her birthday (originally I wasn't going to be home in time for it), then my sister ruined it. :|

- Fantasy is my #1; I will give almost anything a chance if it has strong fantasy elements. Post apocalyptic, superhero, alternate history, science fantasy, some supernatural, romance, and a few fandoms (especially Game of Thrones) are also likely to catch my eye.
I got her some chocolates she really likes, gave it to her early this morning.
Then just about an hour ago I gave her the thing that my siblings and I pooled together our resources to get: some Chanel No. 5 perfume. It's her favorite, same perfume her mother used. Her mother died when she was pretty young, so it's a whole bit sentimental thing. She hasn't been able to get any for herself because it's fucking expensive and she puts the needs and wants of her kids before her own, so for once we returned the favor. She loved it. :D
