Midnight Blossom

Julian tensed as another person began to walk down the street, people weren't always his thing but something was strange about the new comer. He stayed put so Sunguin could go check it out as he stayed put at Anaya's side and shifted gently. The cold didn't bug him like it should for most people. He began to shift his feet, if it was trouble he was ready to fight and defend Anaya.

"This has just gotten odd" he said to himself as his eyes watched like a hawk watching its prey. He couldn't stay in the same position or he'd get to cold and wouldn't be able to move. Why did it have to be cold outside? He gave a light snort as he straightened up his back and rolling his shoulders trying to get rid of the stiffness. He was an odd person but never minded what people thought about him but why did it matter now? He'd become a little shifty as the two woman looked at him and now someone new came and it just made him tense then he narrowed his eyes, was the other person hurt?

The vision dwindled away into nothing but lights, sounds, and a cawing. The same cawing that caused him to go into the vision in the first place. He had been in a trance, hearing himself screaming in his own vision, though he couldn't remember a thing. He didn't know where he was, who he was talking to, or about. The only thing that popped out to him was that he mentioned 'her.' A female. But who? Who was he trying to save? He heard his own voice break and shutter while he pleaded for whoever it was to stop...growling when he told them what he'd do if they hurt her.

But who in the hell was she!?

"Hey, are you alright? This is no place to sleep, wake up!" Nairotse's eyes flung open, blinking once when all he saw for a second were white lights. He had been so out of out, he had forgotten what he was doing before the vision! Story of his life, it seemed, forgetting things. He didn't know where he was, who he was, and who this...woman was. Blinking a couple of times, Nairotse's vision finally shifted to normality, focusing on the girl in front of him. She was absolutely gorgeous....but she was touching him. Fear pricked in him and swelled into his chest, causing him to scramble away and shoot the girl a glare.

"What the hell are you doing? How did you get over here? What do you wan--" A caw stopped his questions short, pulling Nairote's orange eyes towards the darkened sky to see a raven circling ahead before landing towards the girl. A raven. In close proximity to a girl. Nairotse couldn't feel anything, the numbing finally becoming too much to fight before he sat there in the middle of the road, looking at her incredulously.

"...Who are you?"

Sanguin let out a relieved sigh, however was slightly startled by the reaction but who wouldn't be scared. Now she thought of it, it was rather stupid of her to try and wake him up like this, shaking people never was good but oh well nothing to do about it now. She watched him scramble away and a gently smile crept across her lips. At least she now knew he was ok....

"What the hell are you doing? How did you get over here? What do you wan--"She sat on her knees one hand resting on her knee while the other one moved to the side the raven cautiously hopping on it and climbing on her shoulder. The eyes of the man made her shiver, these came even closer to the image in her dreams than the ones of Ayana. Her head moved to the side slightly and she whispered something to the raven which hopped off her shoulder and flew back to the two people she had left behind.

"...Who are you?"

"My name is Sanguinem. Are you alright? You seemed to pass out on the street. " Her silvery hair was a mess from running but she kept sitting in place knowing it might frighten him more if she tried to get closer. However, getting him of the road would be more important to do now. Her head turned and she could just see Cruor landing on the bench where she had been sitting on before. Good. Her gray eyes focused back on the man, she wondered what was going on in his mind, was he even aware of the fact he could have been run over by a car just now? It didn't matter she was thinking of too many less important things again. She kept sitting for a while before slowly standing up her hand extending to him a bit.

"Please, we mustn't be sitting on the street, it's rather dangerous. "

[OOC: Sorry everyone, I've been out on surgery -.- But thankfully, the recovery is going smoothly so I should be online more often ^.^]

It was all happening so quickly. The sounds. The sights. Each registering at a faster pace than what she would have been used to. Th silence easily broken by a loud horn that echoed deep into her ears, forever burned into her mind. Pale lips softly regaining color as red eyes closed. Warmth followed, and slowly, the woman was up on her feet. Though delicate, her movements were calm. Smooth. Clearly unlike a woman who had been found injured in the cold night. The bruising of flesh hidden, and cuts now healed without allowing their sights to see them. Exhaustion growing ever so slowly, but certainly not enough to restrain her.

"...What's...?"

Somehow, the sounds of the vehicle had forced her mind from its shell, reminding her that this was no ordinary moment in time. That she could truly not give herself the luxury of trusting a stranger. Not unless she asked for another repeat of this evening's events. Yes...that's right. This evening...had been filled with complications that escalated to such a gruesome fight. An evening filled with such pain and misery that one would hope to leave this world.

Unfortunately, Ayana had never been given such a wish. The cursed contract kept her here. Alive. Breathing. Forced to watch as the world went on by, just as she had done for centuries. How lonely of an existence it was. Possibly, her desire to have a sort of companionship lead her to this. Gave her a moment of weakness to trust the pair of strangers until she found the sufficient minimal energy to move on. And hopefully, she could return a favor. Though it may not be much, it would honestly allow her mind to leave her thoughts. Bless her with a moment of silence of all those screams and shattered ideals she had held on to for years.

"...Is...everything okay?"

Her delicate form had managed to make its way towards the two, tucking locks of black as she tried to take a good look at the stranger. Hues of red examining him, noting the behavioral response he presented. Truly, she admitted, it was an odd night. And it only seemed to get stranger the more the time would pass. Was tonight a special night? Or possibly an incredible coincidence that brought all these people here? Whatever the case may be, Ayana did not truly care too much to find out.
