One may know this before meeting Bong-Cha, but she is not all soft smiles and sweetness. To be precise, she isn't this way at all to most people's mistake, they base this off of her appearance. When in fact she is known to be stubborn, headstrong and confident. Though, her confidence is on the borderline of being totally conceited. That, however, is the least of her most unlikable attributes.

The most impressionable thing about her is her quick-temper that saddles up up with her quick-tongue. In her line of business keeping face is detrimental, so, she is known to be quite passive-aggressive, and her anger isn't something that one would want on them. Whenever cameras aren't around, though, she is quite open with her feelings however awful and cruel they may be. Bong-Cha doesn't consider herself to overreact or be a drama queen but she truly is, complaining about the simplest things, reading too much into things.

On another note, she is very self-centered, unable to understand the feelings of others around her easily and to empathize. Which also explains why she has very few friends and is incredibly awkward when honestly wanting to make friends or trying to be kind and considerate. And she does try to be truly kind sometimes!

Fair is fair though, and Bong-Cha isn't all bitch. She is thoughtful, that goes hand and hand with her observant self. She's clever too, cheeky, playful and honest. Unfortunately that honesty also happens to be outspokenness and her rude and mean thoughts spoils the mood often. If a person somehow gets close enough they'll find how quite loveable she can be.

Biography:​

Born to a Korean mother and a Chinese-American father, Bong-Cha was birthed in Incheon. At the age of six, her parents divorced, her father left them and went back to the states. Bong-Cha's relationship with her mother quickly became a strained and almost nonexistent one, she was often neglected. Though, this didn't bother her as much as the absence of her father.

Even as a child, she had a hard time making friends and keeping them. She was picked on a lot for not having a father and got into a lot of fights because of her temper. To keep herself from getting caught, she was more sly and secretive with her revenge. When she got into trouble at school, though, her mother was harsh on her eve resorting to hit her more than often.

At the age of twelve, her mother finally remarried. To wipe her slate clean for her new marriage, she tried to dump Bong-Cha off to live with her, who refused having remarried himself. In the end she was forced to live with her paternal grandmother in Beijing. With her grandmother, she thawed out, she was the only guardian she felt herself with.

Living with a peace of mind she was able to pursue her talents. She had great aspirations, wanting do more things than actually possible. So, she settled on the achievable things. Then, one day when her class was holding a play one of her classmates father spotted her and she started her career modeling, then onto commercials and even appeared in a music video.

From there, her world only continued to expand. Once they discover her talent for singing, she auditioned for young artist program, for it she and grandmother had to move back to Korea. Needless to say, she succeeded and trained with others and debuted after a year in girl group called d:fi (Digital Five), with a cool yet cute style. Despite being the maknae, she gathered a lot of attention, with her voice, but her dancing was the best. It annoyed her that the face member of their group got better job opportunities and more leniency, she had even been offered to be bought out of the group.

Fortunately, she did receive other roles. Many of them being the same type, minor roles with almost the same type of character. When she reached the age of eighteen she started receiving lead roles. Her first lead role was a success, except, she kept receiving the same role over and over again and again. To add salt to the wounds, people started complaining about her acting career.

Bong-Cha hopes this drama changed things up because she's ready to pop.

And there he was, James. Not much had changed in the few months that had passed by. He was still tall and handsome, and whatever feelings she thought she had tossed, seemed to resurface. That was, until he opened his big mouth.

"I'll be sure not to waste your time then," Emily said bitterly, or at least she had thought of saying, but she didn't and she wouldn't. She hadn't said anything besides a simple and somewhat stiff greeting of "Hi" upon Jame's arrival, which in itself was terrible too. However, in her defense she really didn't know what to say and it was impossible for her to smile, because if she did it would obviously be forced.

Instead, she answered with, "Well, then, let's make the most of it, yeah?"

For an actor, when it came to people who knew her, she couldn't lie.

Emily had gotten up with the sun, sleep was out of the question when knowing after so long James was coming back to her apartment, that once used to be theirs. Her nerves had been bothering her all morning as she planned out how she would act and what she would say. It was no secret that she had been giving him the cold shoulder, and even cursing him behind his back. Their colleagues at the theater only thought it was because of their divorce. It was that and more.

Not only had he dumped her, but he did it for someone else.

It was despicable, wasn't it? Or ... at least it would have been if anything about their marriage had been real. The only thing real about it was the papers and unbeknownst to him, her feelings for him... He had ripped her heart open and left her to bleed, making her bitter.

Emily had made a resolve, though, she wouldn't mean and horrid. She promised herself she wouldn't. Over the time that passed by separated from him, she came to realize how unfair she was being in her loneliness. He wasn't obliged to like her back, how could he when their romantic relationship was based off a lie. A lie they made to help her.

So, she sucked in a deep breath and led him where she had moved all the boxes, stacked on top of one another. She did not have many things, but she had enough to need help, especially with the heavy objects.

"As for your journal ..." She started slowly, unsure what to say. "I haven't seen it yet, but I' sure we'll come across it." That was a lie, she knew exactly where it was. In fact she had stashed it away in her room, not daring to open it, but she had it all the same. It was petty, and she knew it. But it was the perfect excuse to keep him around longer.

Because no matter how upset she was with him, she didn't really want him to walk out her life. She wouldn't be able to bare it. Which was why she was even bothering to make an effort to reconcile whatever friendship they had left.

Clearing her throat, she began again. "Anyway, " she paused, pondering her next words, wanting to tread lightly and hopefully not and into anything that involved Hilary. The thought of her was enough to make her eye twitch in agitation, "how have you been?"

Finally, they were all gathered.

Rose had been sipping on a glass of water at the bar way too long for comfort. Now, she was seated at the long, mahogany, rectangular table centered in the meeting room of Moonlight Bar. It was a secret room, obviously, one that only the coven members knew of and a few of the bar staff. The very room was specially located near the cellar, a basement, though it far too nice looking to be called one.

What with all the posh bookshelves filled with old books, plush seats, paintings and large television centered on the wall, facing the table long table. The interior was just as nice as the interior of the coven house, clearly, their leaders had taste. But the beauty of the room was the farthest thing form her mind, she was more concerned on why they had even been summoned to it.

It was a rare thing when they were gathered for a meeting and it was an even rarer thing when they were all assembled under mandatory orders. It didn't unsettle her at first, merely made her curious. But curiosity quickly turned to dread when she noticed a missing person, Casper Abernathy. That dread only increased when her mother, Seraphine, said he wouldn't be joining them without further explanation.

Rose was clairvoyant, she could read minds, but she dared not to read what was on her Mother's.

Sitting between Portia, her closest and best friend in one, and Amias, the quirky and cute blond. Though, she knew a person who would strongly beg the differ. Speaking of the devil, Seraphine finally walked in, closing the door securely behind her. Now, they were all officially gathered.

The previous ball of anxiety she felt at the bar returned, and she found herself digging her fingernails into the palm of her hand to force herself to calm down, or at least hold herself back. There was no evident reason to panic, it could be nothing serious. Yet she knew that wasn't the case and whatever they had been called for here, it was bad.

Seraphine opened her mouth and answered most, if not all, their questions in four words. "Casper Abernathy is dead."

Rose inhaled sharply. The room started to stir and buzz with questions, but with one raise of her hand, Seraphine silenced them all. She wasn't finished. And it was clear whatever she had to add was much worse than the fact that one of their fellow coven members, leaders, was dead.

"He was found dead earlier this morning. Casper was murdered." Rose couldn't help but wonder how she could talk without pause, hesitation or a hitch. One of her best friends was dead, the man was lie an uncle to herself. "The police re trying to keep it on the down low, but he was killed by hunters. Elite hunters."

"Hunters?" Rose coughed, pinching her arm underneath the table, the pain clearing her distressed mess of thoughts.

"Yes, Florence," and then they went on into a full-fledged explanation of why they were summoned rather than the details of Casper's murder. It was a warning, a warning to look out for one another and themselves. Apparently, though, they weren't sure, they could be targeting coven members. Serapine made a point to say they already had others investigating and that those who weren't assigned the job should butt out.

Naturally, Rose wasn't actually going to listen to her.

"You should stay at the house ..." She whispered as their leaders talked, she had stopped listening long ago. She didn't look at him, but her words were obviously directed at Amias. By house, she obviously meant the coven house. "It would be safer, if what they're saying is true."

Benjamin​

​

"Life is full of surprises" was a quote Benjamin never was very fond of. Benjamin always liked to know things ahead of time. He liked to know things whenever, wherever and however. Surprises were bothersome and caused more trouble than it was worth. It made life easier by a long shot. And most would consider his line of profession strange when you added it to how he was as a person.

But now, at the very moment, the quote never applied more. Benjamin was standing in a vampire bar with Wes. And he was so surprised by it, he was still too much in shock to be annoyed and obnoxious about the whole situation. Of course, it was his own fault that the other man was with him.

He had been the one to invite Wes, but it was only meant as a joke. He had never seriously considered taking him, in fact, the Silver had fully expected him to decline his mocking offer. After all, he didn't make it any secret that he was repulsed by the vampire kind, his ignorance was shocking considering his profession too. Yet he had accepted!

There was no stopping him from tagging along, besides, he would have been able to enter even without him around. It may have been a bar for vampires in particular but humans were allowed as well, some even worked there. Still, Benjamin calculated it would be better to have him at his side than do something stupid on his own.

"Don't say anything," Benji turned to Wes as soon as he got over his shock, a slight frown made it's way to his face. "Don't even let them on to the fact your human, we don't need any attention." He grumbled.

They needed stealth for what they were about to do. Listening in on a coven, the coven's meeting, was risky. With so many royals in one room they could get caught at any moment. Frankly, he had no idea what they would do to them if they got caught, secrecy was detrimental for them. And, though, Benji felt slightly rotten for making a human aware of their existence, his resentment for royals one out. It was well worth the risk if it meant a big scoop that led to a promotion.

The bar was pretty much empty for the most part, which was weird since it was after work hours. Benji was grateful for it, though, it would be easier to sneak in and out. He used to work for Moonlight before landing his current job and he knew exactly where the "meeting room" was located.

"This shouldn't be too hard," he mumble to himself more than to his partner at his side.

» Marigold is an absolute beauty, but however much that beauty distracts people from her personality it can not cover up the fact that she is an utter mess. It may sound harsh, but it is the harsh truth. No one would assume so because of how quiet and shy she is, always blending into the shadows and not ever wanting to be seen. She likes to be unnoticed, it's better that way and she was never good at talking or socializing anyway. She doubts others and their every intention, making sure not to take any of there actions to heart.

This however, makes her to be quite a pushover, easily bossed around which is a good trait for a slave, as she is one. However, she is a gentle soul and seems to be more sympathetic and compassionate towards others than herself. Being openly warmhearted, absolutely sweet and thoughtful. Somehow supremely generous when she barely has anything herself. And if you really get close to her one will find out how affectionate, silly and playful she is.

Yet, as said before, she is still a mess. Always nervous, stressed and quite often paranoid. Despite being quiet, when she says something she means it and is never easy to change her mind, making her stubborn. She's easily frazzled and made scared, and setting her off isn't the brightest idea.

» a lazy bum is what most people describe him as and they wouldn't be too much off point either. He doesn't do much, or at least it appears he doesn't do much. Never going around and playing about and apparently doesn't care about anything. He always seems nonchalant and detached. Rules, people, or anything doesn't stop him from doing what he wants, he disregards anything that gets in his way. That is one trait many would say that is both admirable and despicable of him.However, he cares little for other's opinion of him anyway. In fact, a lot of times he does things to get under people's skin, he finds it amusing.

He also happens to be incredibly confident and daring. He test always every limits, pushing through the bounds. He gets into a little of trouble because of this and often called insane for daring to do things so crazy. Fear is something that does not hold him back, he seems to be a person without it. He is quite outspoken which makes him rude and sardonic with a lot of cynicism. He's so cynical that he could be considered an pessimistic though eh defends himself by saying he's just a realist.

Still, August is known to have a soft side only shown to his closest people. Hes very teasing and playful, childish, honestly. He acts like a puppy a lot with his oh so innocent questions and pouts. It's hard not to harbor some kind of affection for him eventually.

> Nabi considered herself to live a pretty normal life, being the middle child of three children. Having an older brother and younger one and playing with them both, she was a tomboy through and through. She played rough and all honesty was rough, playing with and acting like the neighborhood boys. She spent childhood days, climbing trees, falling out of them, playing sports and fighting other boys. And when her eldest brother started taking Taekwondo and going to matches, she and her youngest spent their time watching and admiring him, happily. On his free days, he would teach them some of what he learned. It was only when she entered middle school that she started to change. A lot of times, she would get into fights with other girls and wasn't treated as much as a girl even though she was. Not to mention her parents, mainly her mothers were getting frustrated with her tomboyishness.

So, she made a decision to start acting more like a girl, which wasn't too hard, considering she was. Of course, she still had a lot of her tomboy traits but was still obviously her born gender. Unfortunately, she wasn't spectacular in school and when her mother put her in other classes, her talents were very few and none to amazing. She improved her grades just enough so she could work in the medical field and ended up being a nurse.

Bong-Cha quickened her walking pace to a semi jog as an attempt to ditch her nagging manager who trailed after her. More than once, he called her name, seeking her attention, but she refused to acknowledge him, ignoring his very existence. She only straightened her round sunglasses on her face and continued walking, swinging her arms like a child as if there wasn't a man behind her, calling her name repeatedly. She was incredibly irritated and if she answered him now she was sure to go off on him.

"Bong-Cha, Lee Bong-Cha!"

He was gaining them too much attention, Bong-Ch decided. Finally, she snapped, whipping around and half yelling at him."What?! What?! What?!" She placed her hands on her hips, holding her chin high as to look down on him. That was physically impossible though considering how much taller he was and how short she was. Sometimes it was a wonder how she was an idol favorite.

"You need to wear these when you're out and about, remember?" He held up a pair of designer heels she was supposed to be advertising. But instead, her feet wore a comfortable pair of converses.

"I don't want to! They hurt my feet!" She frowned, whining like a child, looking more cute than irritated. Bong-Cha was coming to hate heels, always having to wear them so she neared the same height as the other girls in her group. "Besides, I'm in disguise so what's the point?" Her disguised only consisted of a pair of sunglasses, but they did their job. No one recognized her, yet.

He sighed, knowing when he'd lose a battle and win one with Lee Bong-Cha. And this was a losing battle. "Fine, just wear them when you get on set then." He said as she reluctantly took the pair of shoes from his hands.

"Yeah, whatever, why don't you go bother one of the other girl's or something," Bong-Cha was pretty sure none of the other cast members on the drama she'd be making an appearance on had their managers babysitting them. Today would be her first day and she wanted to make a good introduction. So far the day had been rotten when the van broke down and her manager had to call a tow truck. They had to walk the rest of the way, which wasn't far at all, but all the same annoying.

"Aishh, you're cramping my style." She added, grumbling. These words of hers might as well be her catchphrase.

"Don't worry, I need to make some phone calls, so go on and introduce yourself." He raised a finger when an after thought came to him. "And if you're offered any food, decline. You are on a diet."

"You're essentially telling me to starve."

He nodded his head as if it was the most natural thing in the world. "Exactly."

"I hate you."

"Nothing I haven't heard before." He waved her off.

"Aish!" Bong-Cha stomped her foot and walked away from him. God damn the netizens complaining about her weight. She was already petite and skinny as it was. "They won't be happy until I'm nothing but skin and bones!" She turned around and stuck her tongue out at the back of her manager. What a jerk. The only person who truly far about her was her grandmother.

Bong-Cha took a deep breath, calming herself as she switched her sneakers with her heels. She removed her sunglasses and put on a charming smile. She wanted her first impression on the cast and crew to be a good one. But apparently it must have been "pick on Lee Bong-Cha day" because as soon as she entered the space where they all were gathered she slipped on a price of food she hadn't seen on the floor, add that to her high heels and it was a terrible fall.

She was only able to release a scream before she hit the ground, having the air knocked out of her, hurting herself and dirtying her clothing all in one go. She gasped from the pain and her eyes began tearing up as she stared straight up. Silently, she cursed Buddha, who she did not believe in and anyone who had anything to do with it.

Personality: Seol radiates a vibrant sort of innocence, but for someone with her background and experience, it is in no way possible she could truly be innocent. Most of her personality is an illusion, at least, the one she let's people see. She lies to others and herself so much, even she isn't sure what is real or fake about herself half the time. Still, her true self peeks through the cracks from time to time, she can't always keep her guard up.

She is known to be a smiley person, loving to have a reason to smile and laugh. As well as as being fond of bringing a smile and laughs to others. She is more often than not being silly and acting like a little goof. A lot of times her jokes are at her own expense or entirely sarcastic. Her goofiness is almost childish. Despite this she appears to confident with herself and her decisions. She appears to be a cool woman.

Not to mention, she is a kind person, compassionate while carrying a gentle soul. She easily sympathizes and able to show true empathy with others, making her a bit of a sweetheart. Though, she won't accept any compliments.

Seol is a firm believer of faking it until you make it.

Because in all honesty she is not the happy person she pretends to be. Confidence is something she rarely ever feels, being as shy as she is. She doubts and over thinks herself and her every move, and worry excessively about anything and everything. It's almost to the point that she is paranoid.

And she in sensitive with a quick temper. She cries just as easily as she gets angry. Well is not at all cool, also being an easily frightened woman. She has too many flaws with her temperament.

She doesn't trust people easily, or people ata all. She pretends she does even though she doesn't even trust her ownself. And while she is genuinely kind and gentle, she is also critical and slightly cynical. Still, she has that childish silliness that is part of her personality. For example, talking to things that don't talk back as if they understand and are as real person. Or teasing others for silly things, thus gives her boost of confidence.

Biography: Seol was born to a very well off family. While her parents were strict, they still doted her as well as expected a lot from her. Even more so because she was their second child and only girl. Sell was pressured in her studies and social life both. When she entered middle school, things were just too much for her to take and she ended up having a panic attack during a class and jumping out the second floor window. It resulted in a broken ankle, bruised tailbone, and concussion. She was then diagnosed with anxiety disorder. Instead of giving her the proper help she needed, they simply doped her up with medication. To make matters worst, her ankle never healed correctly, giving her a limp when she walked. Eventually, Seol had enough of it and secretly stop taking her meds, hating the feeling it gave her.

During highschool, she met her first love who actually made her feel better than any medication. Her parents didn't approve of the match because of his poor background, but they preceded to date and her parents refused to pay for her college, even gong as far as to kick her out. However, she worked to go to school abd live with her her lover. Things took a turn for the worst when she ended up pregnant, her parents were furious and all but ready to disown her. But that all changed when her boyfriend and close friend died in a car accident. It was later revealed that they had been cheating behind her back and planning to runaway with all her savings.

Seol didn't know whether to be angry and grieving. She was in utter shock, during that time her parents took her back inz forced her to abort the child and paid for her education. As soon as she graduated though, she left the country's wanting to escape both her parents and the undone memories. She got a job as a secretary for an electronic company in Japan and decided to see a doctor for her mental health. After a work colleague introduced her to True Mood and her doctor approved it, she was hooked.

Later, she quit her job because her boss kept harassing her and his wife was convinced he was cheating on her with Seol. Ever since she had been doing small jobs, like giving piano lessons to pay her bills.

Or so they had thought ....​

Years ago, thirteen animals raced across a river to meet the Jade Emperor. Only twelve of them made it and those twelve became the animals of the Chinese Zodiac we know today, raised high above and given power. The great zodiacs were.

Some used their power humbly, some abused it, but no matter what they did, they were still great.

It's the twenty-first century now. The tales of spirits, monsters, demons and more are nothing but myths to the people. They have forgotten those things and no longer can see them. However, these "myths" and "fairytales" are still very real and have been 'causing more trouble than ever.

The Jade Emperor had a solution, though. He called all of the Zodiacs and sent them a message. There would be a set number of good deeds, banishing evil from this world, that they would have to reach in a certain amount of time. Whoever reached it first by the end of the time would be raised to the position of a deity.

And so commenced the second great race.

I was inspired to make this roleplay by watching Hwayugi(A Korean Oddesey), which was inspired by Journey to the West, go figure. In this roleplay the characters(zodiacs), have been living among the humans after either being banished or leaving the heavens, or some has just left for the challenge. Now that this change has been given to them, they will be fighting for the deity position, doing as many good deeds as possible, perhaps tripping up the other, stealing the others points, making allies and all kinds of strategies. There may be a bigger for they'll have to work together on in the future or something. But they will all have a reason for wanting the position whether it be for power or something else entirely.

- I am looking for a small group, about 3 - 4
- The roleplay will either be set in China, Japan or Korea. I am leaning toward the last two, but we can discuss it.
- Romance will be allowed but is not the focal point of the roleplay
- There will be arcs or episodes or so
- Obviously, this will contain a lot of xianxia elements

PERSONALITY
frankie can have a tendency to be a little boisterous. She's not one to sit still... Ever. It's physically impossible for her to sit in one place or to be doing nothing. She's a ball of energy that just can't be tamed, and along with this, her vibrant nature and charisma allows her to light up any room she walks into. She is a very friendly person who considers herself funny and likes to joke around. She can rarely be seen as angry or annoyed, however on the off chance that she does get irritated it usually doesn't mean good things for the person her anger is directed at. She isn't very good with authority figures either because she doesn't like taking orders. She believes in freedom and the right to do whatever she pleases. She's always seen trying to help other people, thinking of others before herself, no matter what the situation is. Frankie is also very inquisitive. She will go to the ends of the Earth to satisfy her curiosity, but the moment someone tries to get her to open up, she immediately closes off and tries to change the subject. She has trust issues, and at some times, anxiety, though this isn't visible with her usual happy-go-lucky exterior.

frankie was once very close with her father. she was a total daddy's girl and he doted on her. however, their relationship became a little rocky when she turned eleven and received her hogwarts letter. everything went downhill from there.

> pansy parkinson ;; frankie hates this girl with a burning passion. she's always annoying frankie by insulting her in any way possible, and, of course, referring to her as a 'mudblood'. they have an ongoing feud since first year, and are always at each other's throats, though, considering pansy is all talk and no actions to back it up, frankie usually emerges successful.
> vincent crabbe and gregory goyle ;; simply because they follow the crowd in slytherin and refer to her as a mudblood. everyone thinks she was placed in the wrong house for her 'bad blood' and they just jump on the bandwagon. just the sight of them irritates her to no end.
> blaise zabini ;; because of a relationship gone wrong, frankie thinks blaise is just plain disgusting.
> lucius malfoy ;; from the moment she first met him during second year, frankie knew she hated the guy. things only got worse when he realised that his son was getting close to a muggleborn, and so, every move he did from then on was to try and get her away from him, and this only got worse and more cruel when frankie entered her sixth year.

PAST RELATIONSHIPS
> blaise zabini ;; it turned out to be a bit of a surprise. it happened during fourth year and he displayed interest in her. she was told not to fall for it by her friends, but he had been good with his words around her. eventually, she did the opposite of what her friends and brother said and started seeing him, but the relationship was short lived because he started bragging to others about things he claimed to have done with her which were never really true, and because of this, she gained a 'reputation' in the Slytherin house that was eventually spread to other houses as well, and of course, nobody but her friends believed the truth. she dumped him immediately, but she got her revenge by sabotaging every relationship he attempted to have after, and casting a jinx his way every now and then.

EARLY CHILDHOOD
frankie was born into what was once a loving home. Everyone was pretty close, frankie's parents were loving and caring, all up until frankie and her twin frederick turned eleven and got their hogwarts letter. from there, things took a drastic turn. her parents didn't take it too well. their father got angrier often, and to cope with it, their mother was away often times. it came to light that she was having an affair and it led to a huge fight. while frankie and frederick were at their first year in a magical school -- with their eldest brother Fillip having gone with them to get their things -- frankie's mother left the house one night with her things, and never came back. when frankie returned from her first year, she was devastated, but that disappointment grew to become anger and resentment when their father, who had just started accepting what his youngest twins were, died in a car accident. Apparently he had started drinking once their mother left, and it cost him his life. The rest of the children were then adopted by their paternal grandparents in Scotland who was more accepting almost right away. Fillip stayed around to help with finances, as did the rest of their siblings as they got older, except for frankie's only other sister who sought out better opportunities elsewhere. Now frankie has fallen out of touch with her too. somewhere down the line, when frankie was in fouth year, her grandmother passed away due to old age.

LATE CHILDHOOD AND PRE WAR
frankie did a lot while in hogwarts. during fourth year, she went to the yule ball and had fun with a boy from durmstrang, and they still keep in touch sometimes. during fifth year, she joined the DA and was present during everything that went down at the ministry. when it was sixth year and everyone knew voldemort was back and killing muggle families, she told her family she and frederick wouldn't be coming home for a while. She wanted to keep them safe. However, since during this year she gets closer to Malfoy and tries to help him, keeping him from doing what the dark lord asked of him, lucius gave up information to voldemort about her family and he had them all killed. all except her oldest brother and youngest brother, who hadn't been around when the family was attacked at home. her older sister had been home for the holidays, and so she had been targeted as well. frankie was pretty broken after hearing it all but it only made her want to end the war even more, destroying voldemort forever.

POST WAR
Frankie went back to hogwarts for her seventh and final year to finish her schooling. her eldest brother got a more stable job so he could look after their youngest brother since they were now the only members of the family left. They also often see their brother in law -- their sister's husband -- and their nephew -- their sister's son.

The Phoenix, living longer than any of the twelve Zodiacs and arguably just as powerful. Moon Bong has always been a close and loyal servant of the Jade Emperor, sending his messages and finishing tasks on earth at his the Emperor's request. This time, he has been given his biggest job yet, watching over the Zodiacs and being the referee to the Great Race. However, it is known he is not fond of some these Zodiacs.

Centuries ago, thirteen animals raced across a river to meet the Jade Emperor. Only twelve of them made it and those twelve became the animals of the Chinese Zodiac we know today, raised high above and given power. The great zodiacs they were, just underneath the feet of the gods.

Some used their power humbly, others abused it, but no matter what they did, they were still the great Zodiacs the Jade Emperor chose himself.

It's the twenty-first century now. The tales of spirits, monsters, demons and more are nothing but myths to the people. They have forgotten those things and no longer can see them. However, these "myths" and "fairytales" are still very real and have been 'causing more trouble than ever. Wrapping the world in its darkness.

The Jade Emperor came up with a solution, though. He gathered all of the Zodiacs, the ones who had been banned from the heavens, the ones who had been locked up and the ones living among humans and the ones still in the heavens. Once all together, he sent a message.

However, though, they aren't the only competitors. Others who had missed the chance are aiming to be the deity too. Rivals will be made, but so will allies. Battles will be fought and battles will be won. In the end, there can only be one winner.

And so commences the second great race.

The race will start on the first day of February and end on the last of September. There will be the ringing of a bell when the race starts and when time is up. The objective is to gain as many points as possible by completing good deeds, banishing evil demons and spirits from this world. There is already a set expectation of points, being 100,000. Whoever reaches this number first before the race is over or at the end of it will be raised to the position of a deity.

Start of Race: February 1st

End of Race : September 31st

Goal: 100,000 points

While it is just as easy to gain points it is equally just as hard to lose them. The referee will be the judge of how many points you are given based on how one rids the world of the demon/spirit, how dangerous it was, how much trouble it had already caused or how much it would have caused and the damage one caused.

Points are typically deducted when one does an evil act themselves, causes too much damage, hurts a human and one's point tray can be completely wiped clean or even eliminated if they kill a human.

Though, points can also be traded between players if they both agree to it. And even stolen under the right circumstances. You may be able to share or even get the double the number of points teaming up with others.

When the bell rings. The time is up.

1. All Iwaku rules apply, obviously. My word is law, and things like that ...

2. This roleplay is teen and up(almost mature, but not quite), containing violence, blood, and gore, suggestive themes and use of strong language. However, do not go overboard with the use of swearing, use it with class. If things get too sexual, take it to PMs or fade to black. And be reasonable with the blood and gore, I don't expect things to be too graphic but if it does have a warning, please.

3. The max amount of characters allowed is two, but you are allowed to play NPCs if you'd like. Please select only one Zodiac and wait for the others to select one before choosing another so that the options are still fair for others. You may choose a second after everyone has one.

4. Have proper roleplay etiquette. No power playing, metagaming, godmodding, Mary/Gary sues, etc. Your character is not a god(yet?)

5. Posting expectation is once every ten days. I know how busy we all can be, so if this doesn't work, we can talk. Also at least two full paragraphs a post. And if you're going to disappear for a while, let me know. I am very understanding.
