Personality:
Tsuki has a superiority complex and enjoys holding a position of power over another, something that she has no problem obtaining. She uses her telepathic skills to gain knowledge of her target's deepest fears and most private information. Additionally, she enjoys arguing and playing practical jokes, especially when her target would usually be considered stronger than herself. She always speaks the truth, though, and respects people's privacy, so she won't go around shouting out people's secrets.
Brief History:
Tsuki was raised as a weapon, essentially. She trained for 8 hours every day, and was not allowed to leave the Chief's side at any time. At night, she slept in a pod constructed of incredibly strong metal, reinforced with psychic barriers. Eventually, she broke out with the help of the Meowstic twins, and is currently on the run.
Skills:
Extrasensory: The most OP non-signature move ever made. Upon use, her eyes begin to glow purple (the whole thing, including the white part), then after a short delay, an orb of yellow-purple psychic energy manifests and explodes next to the target.
Zen Headbutt, although she channels the energy through her fists rather than her skull. Upon use, her fist becomes coated in a blue-white energy, which explodes slightly upon contact with the target.

Can use Telepathy to read minds and to speak to people directly, as well as as a relay to allow multiple people to speak telepathically with one another while she has the relay active. Also allows her to access memories and predict an opponent's next move, although these ones are still being practiced. Is also learning how to directly manipulate bodies by restricting the consciousness, although cannot do it at all yet.
Can use Telekinesis to lift and move objects of mass equal to or lower than her own mass. Lifting her own mass requires considerable focus, but lifting something very light such as a making a leaf float or creating a breeze is something she can do without any concentration at all.
Has very little knowledge in the way of basic life skills since she was raised essentially as a weapon.
