Appearance: Cas is... surprisingly short. He's one of those people who commands a presence, until suddenly he's distracted and you realise that he's only 5'3". He has long black hair, falling almost to his shoulders, that is technically curly, but who needs these technicalities when you have a straightener and a brush at hand? His eyes are dark brown, and he has surprisingly long eyelashes which definitely aren't fake, what are you talking about he totally doesn't have two bottles of eyelash glue sitting on his desk. Cassidy's complexion is perfect until you take a makeup wipe to his face. Most people haven't lived much longer after that, so let's just assume his complexion is perfect all of the time (hint: it isn't). He has a casual-chic approach to fashion, meaning that if he finds it in his closet and it smells decent, he'll probably wear it.
Personality: Vain and narcissistic are two words commonly used to describe Cas. He prefers the term 'fashion-forward'. Overall, he's a friendly guy. Just don't diss on his appearance, and he's great to be around, a ton of fun, hilarious, etc. Comments on his appearance have two general results: if they're good, he'll preen like a peacock. If they're bad. Well. Then it's a good idea to keep him away from sharp objects while making it your goal to nope out of his general area as quickly as possible. He's an extremely flirtatious, sexual person, and even though he's technically gay, well, Cas doesn't pay much attention to that. He'll flirt with anything that moves. He does his best to at least stick to humans. Cas is no stranger to the idea of sleeping with people as a way to manipulate them, and often uses sex as a means to achieve his goals. Not to mention, he finds it rather enjoyable, especially when his partner's a hot guy. He can be slightly obnoxious, especially seeing as he has no concept of personal space or general social politeness.
Brief History: He was born in a middle-class family, never was the best at school (although he certainly didn't fail either). He never had any big issues in life, well, until he started sleeping with his teachers, and overall things went pretty well for him. Surprisingly, he was quite a loner until high school, and didn't really have friends until the middle of tenth grade. His parents were pretty decent in general, which is why Cas made a point of rebelling. Sadly, he didn't quite understand what was rebellion and what was crime, hence why he ended up here.
Reason for being sent to Luxom: Well, his grades weren't that great, so, he thought, what better way to get them up than sleeping with teachers? (Who needs to work harder when you could work smarter, after all?). Naturally, he was found out for this, the teachers arrested and Cas sent to Luxom because, apparently, something's wrong with you when you decide that sleeping with teachers is a good idea. Cas didn't realise this. He thinks being at Luxom is quite a joke, having only been here for a few days so far, and doesn't take it seriously at all. His current goal is to cause as much trouble as possible.
