In order to further debate the legality of open polls, one must first discuss what it means to open a poll in the first place.
I disagree. Can anyone make a poll? If so, how would anything get done? Consider the following scheme. Prior to the conclusion of poll 1, poll 2 is created with the express purpose of overriding poll 1. That being the case, one can open polls ad infinitum. *continues to stall for time*
