I can't get rid of this one V E R Y annoying consumer. I keep refusing her case but she keeps saying that the electrical kettle she had (that's now at our office and examined 10 times which I've told her) has an electrical defect. Spoiler: IT DOESN'T. It works fine.

What does she even want? Refund? A new one? Or just a repair that it doesnt need?
 
She wants a new, working kettle even though hers works perfectly fine.

But we told her that we can refund her the money if she gives us the receipt.
