hmm, but what if I wanted to threaten the world with it? like changing tides, creating heavy storms or threatening to hurl it down on the planet?

if the moon just moves on its own, then people might just think it's something unexplained.
 
Well seeing as that plot failed ina movie. I imagine it would go poorly.
 
Why doing that much work when you can simply bully everyone by stealing their socks. That's just terrible and a really hardcore villain move.

Both are lame plans. However, Femme felt neglected so if we make her universally loved- well.
