Be it playing pretend or writing a good story, we're all here to have fun with our friends and meet other creative people. Be respectful of other members, new and old, roleplay newbie or roleplay veteran. We're here for the good times, so lets make them rock. When possible, support Iwaku with donations! Just when we were -finally- making enough cash off our advertisements to cover all server costs, we lost of ad sense account! :( Over the next couple of weeks we'll be trying new ads to see what works the best for us. Please don't click spam these ads! If you want to help Iwaku through a donation we also have Subscriptions. One time and reoccurring. When you donate, you name is green for a month - just like the moolah you're sharing to help keep Iwaku on a private server and away from scary places like proboards. IWAKU HOROSCOPES The Herald January 2 - February 14 You will find yourself at a crossroads, trying to decide if you should choose hard work or personal cultivation. While you may split your time between the two for a while, you will run yourself ragged trying to always do that. At some point, you’re going to have to choose. The Soulmate February 15 - April 1 You might not feel at your most generous this month, but do not over criticize yourself since you’re most likely the only one who sees it and is judging you for it. Try to view yourself from an outside perspective and realize that the people around you cherish you more than you may realize. The Guardian April 2 - May 15 Step back from your problems and examine them in a more objective light. Often times when caught up in the stress, you may make the problem at hand seem more daunting than it really is. With determination and your notably steady spirit, the strength to push through is closer at hand than you may know. The Mentor May 16 - July 1 Isolating yourself can often prove tempting, but social interaction is important and there’s hardly a better time with the beginning of a new year. Festivities may often make you feel uneasy but one or two rounds with revelers and friends will remind you that there are people with whom you can share your troubles. The Trickster July 2 - August 15 Don’t let your impatience get the better of you – remember to slow down and enjoy the things in life that bring you pleasure. If you charge recklessly on, you might damage the work that you’ve already done. Progress must be made, but do not be hasty. The Ally August 16 - October 1 Thinking big is often your style, but you need to pay attention to the details lest you allow something to slip through the cracks. Future goals can provide a focus, but it can be hard to sustain oneself on promises of a feast to come. Remember to feed yourself day to day as well! The Shadow October 2 - November 15 If you feel the desire to spend exorbitantly this month, ask yourself if it is due to a desire to be pampered or cared for that has not been carried out. If this is the case, reaching out to a loved one or friend can prove beneficial and heal you more than an item. Everyone yeans to feel appreciated but don’t expect other people to know what you need. The Rebirth November 16 - January 1 Highlight yourself and your skills as a leader this month, someone who can accomplish things on their own. This will not only gain recognition for you but it will bolster your self-esteem as well. With the holidays over, you can get a handle on things and impress those people to whom you wish to showcase your talents! CURTAIN CALL That brings you your very first newsletter of 2012! Should this be the year Earth's civilizations are finally destroy, lets make sure we go out with a BANG. Get out there Iwaku, and roleplay like you have never roleplayed before. Bring on the plot twists, drama, comedy, and fabulous prose. Show us what you're made up - and may the Muse be with you!
