Vernon James Floyd has killed since the age of 14, committed his first rape at the age of 16 and was not apprehended until recently, at the age of 17. Born in the rural town of Montgomery, Utah, he was apparently raised by both parents and three siblings, all boys. He developed a sort of psychopathic/sociopathic personality he dubbed "Smiles" in the eight grade, months after this development, his house was found empty, except for all family members, save for Vernon, were dead and partially eaten. Rumors spread about the killer kid, and the body count slowly grew until at the supposed age of sixteen, a woman was rushed to the hospital with severe stab wounds, she later explained to the officers that a boy had violated her at knifepoint, stabbed her repeatedly and left her to die in her home. Police revamped their efforts, and finally caught the ragged, homeless boy at the age of 17. Due to his mental state, he was placed under state jurisdiction, and later into Hawthorne for therapeutic and academic purposes. He has been in Hawthorne for little over a month now, and has shown to be cognitive and functioning despite small outbursts. Further therapy is strongly recommended, as well as guard escorts.
Special Care: Vernon cannot eat by himself, and must be watched in the case of self harm. He must take one pill after every meal, if he refuses then force feeding may be necessary.
