Even if it didn't change that he'd see these three dead, Luhki nonetheless couldn't help but respect the three goblins. Even weakened by the severe malnourishment they still moved very well, and now they had shown just the strength of their bonds. He hesitated briefly at what he saw between the goblins, but resolved himself as he felt a hand tighten around the blade of Laventin with desperate strength. Aye, these monsters were quite possibly as intelligent as any of them five. Their bonds were probably stronger. They might have sought humanity's death and downfall, but these creatures were not mindless in their drive.
To survive, he would still have to cut each of them down though, and so that's what he intended to do. The blade refused to so much as budge despite the clear difference in strength, and he quickly gave up that contest for a simple kick to dislodge the goblin. Yet somehow, despite the goblin being impaled on his blade and dragged forward to meet the sole of his boot, Luhki still managed to miss the damn thing. These goblins might have been more than mere beasts, but damn they could still go fuck themselves.
With both goblins quite intent on holding his attention, Luhki couldn't quite spare a glance back at the rest of his group. It did sound like they had turned their attentions to the goblin that had escaped with his bandolier, and so he left them to deal with that problem. Tokie was already at his side, and seemed quite alright despite her earlier stumble. While the two didn't seem too problematic for now, it'd probably take too long for her to try and chase down the other.
