Nope! She's still open. Take a look at her CS on the CS thread. You're more than welcome to make a whole new character but the events of what happened with her need to remain intact, mainly that she had a fight with the eldest princess Evelyn and ran off at some point. Otherwise you can do whatever you want with her.
