19, fresh out of high school. (Barely.)
WHAT IS YOUR APPEARANCE?
Flare's most striking feature is his hair, which is styled exactly as you'd think it would be: spikes of random length and thickness that point vaguely upwards, mimicking flames, complete with a haphazard gradient of red to yellow. Puberty was rather kind to him: he's got some decent muscle, with thick forearms and a prominent chin, accentuating the cocky smirk he usually wears. Also of note are the several burn scars on his arms, ankles, and feet, restricting his flexibility around there somewhat.
As for his clothes, Flare wears the "total douche" look well: a red shirt with a popped collar, artful rips in his jeans, and orange sneakers.
WHAT IS YOUR PERSONALITY?
Flare is the very embodiment of pride. He is impulsive, selfish, and arrogant, not to mention an insistent womanizer. His temper is usually cooler than his hairstyle and nickname would lead you to believe -- actions speak louder than words, after all -- but there's one way to get through to him instantly, and that's calling him by his birth name. He enjoys destructive behavior, including smoking, vandalism, and arson. Especially arson. In fact he even has a bit of time in juvie on his permanent record, and that's the only thing keeping him from doing it all again. Those damned consequences. Maybe this project will be his chance to get away from it all and have a little fun.

Flare was born to an upper-class family: a mother and father in a successful, long-running marriage, and no siblings. His parents thought they could just buy his affections, giving him whatever he asked for and an allowance that made all the kids jealous. Flare squanders most of his money on casual dates, cigarettes, and poker games -- he's invited to every game since most of his friends think he's a grade-A sucker -- but he loves every minute of it. Life is one big game to him, one he intends to play to the fullest.
If it weren't for his parents paying his way through school, Flare would've flunked out of school years ago. He has an infamous permanent record, but it doesn't even cover the host of briberies that managed to get a little "lost" on their trip through the system. His mom doesn't want him to risk college, but hopefully he'll be paid handsomely for this project and it'll be enough to carry him through to a diploma and a respectful job. Not that Flare cares all that much; it's just more money for chicks.
WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES/STRENGTHS?
Flare works out on occasion and eats a balanced diet, so he is physically fit, especially for a young man his age. His stubbornness can also be to his benefit sometimes. However, he is extremely claustrophobic. Just the thought of sitting in a cramped space is enough to make him nervous. He also has a distaste for alcohol and is a weak drinker.
