He's not exactly the nicest kid on the block, and is a little jagged around the edges. He isn't outright mean, but he is a bit more blunt than the average person. He tries to keep this attitude under wraps, but it does sneak out quite often, especially when being asked for an opinion. He does not believe in white lies, and thinks those who do outright lie are cowards. He doesn't mind the hiding of information, however, as that's just common sense.

Killian is a mostly nice person. He's shy and introverted, to be sure. He'd rather read the paper rather than attend a party. He likes looking sophisticated, but not over the top. He generally looks well kept, and he does take care of himself. He is a very interesting man, and he has many stories of the past. He cannot remember when he came into being, so he often doesn't mention anything about his early years. He has been the personal weapon for many people, before he made a choice to stay in this town forever.

Abilities: Killian has many abilities that he picked up over the years. He can generate nearly any weapon he wants, though does have a liking for German WWII era guns and Walther PPKs. He has to have held the weapon in his hand before he can replicate it. So, high tech military weapons are right out. His power makes him pretty exhausted after using it for a while, so he tries to keep it to a minimum.

He is very good with most weapons he can use. However, some of the older ones require a certain finesse that's hard to duplicate without proper training. This is why he sticks to most guns.

Minor Weather Manipulation - She can manipulate a small area's weather. For example, if she thinks you're being an unnecessary downer, she'll conjure a storm cloud over your head for a few hours. On the other hand, sometimes when she's angry she can manipulate the booming of thunder or briefly strike an area with lighting or make it hail, but only for about ten to thirty minutes.
