Shizuni saw him as he walked past her while her shoulder was being treated. One look at his armor and she knew that he was just like her. His armor was too perfect for it to just be a coincidence, he was constantly working on it much like herself. He seemed to lock eyes with the girl that was healing her, and continued to hold her gaze as he walked to the leader Gwyn. Finally he turned away and spoke to the leader. Whatever he was saying, he said with so much conviction that without even anyone hearing it the vibe swarmed through the area energizing people all around. When he first walked in he looked like the quiet type that prefers solitude much like herself, but it's obvious he has a natural talent in energizing the people around him whether he was aware of it or not. He could keep that talent, Shizuni was not one to take pride in getting other people riled up. She cringed as the healer continued, this treatment always hurt but the emotional scars behind it hurt more. She could pull through. Just then she caught eyes with the man in red armor, and she didn't know who felt more intimidated by the fire in both of their eyes.

-MALA-

Mala jumped a little when the girl collapsed, then rushed to her side and dropped down onto her knees. "Don't worry, this won't take long", the manakete assured her, carefully lifting the girl's head and resting it on her leg, "Just try to relax, okay?" She raised her staff and held it slightly above the injured girl's shoulder, her eyes sliding shut as a gentle white glow emit from the hunk of carved wood. "Oh, but don't fall asleep!", she blurted out after a moment, "Right, just.. Relax, but stay awake."

She sighed softly at herself, then shook her head and smiled. Upon opening her eyes, she could see the magic she channeled through her staff was already at work mending the stranger's wound. "I'm probably older than most of the people here, you know", Mala said, brushing her free hand over the girl's hair in an oddly motherly way that clashed with her youthful appearance, "It's nice of you to worry about something like that though." Just as she told the girl, it appeared that it wouldn't be long before her wound was healed. Seeing this, Mala relaxed a bit more and lifted her head, turning her attention away from the girl she was taking care of. Just as she did, a young man in ornate armor walked by. The redheaded manakete couldn't help but stare as he passed. Once he was out of sight, she grinned and looked back down at the girl she was healing, "Lot of pretty people in this army, huh?"
