What if you had an IC thread set solely in a tavern or mead hall with simple and direct guidelines, but no CS and no definitive setting material. Then you allowed RPers to jump in and let their potential characters discuss the world and potential plans among each other, and used the results of that discussion to make your RP...is that stupid?
