Mia's history would be described by her to everyone else as a rollercoaster. One that started with a mage guild. Her parents both tried to get into a mage guild, though they had always refused to tell Mia which one, and met up during the entry trials. They both failed to get into the guild, but they kept in touch, which a couple of years later led to the birth of Mia.
Both her parents consistently hoped she would be capable of getting into a mage guild when she grew up, raising her to their fullest extent to be surrounded by information that they thought would only help her get into one. While Mia had no issues with the information that kept flowing, she disliked how it seemed to consistently surround magic and wanted to learn about things beyond that.
It was around that time she begun to show hints of magic, and her parents immediately got excited, only to become disappointed when they found out her magic manifested as the capability to access a unique information storage, one which connected to Mia's own wishes of learning more. At that point, her parents completely stopped supporting their daughter's growth in magic, thinking she will never make it into the guild they wanted her to get into. This is the first low point in Mia's memories, the one which in her belief begun her path towards Dragons Cry.
Without her parents supervision, Mia begun to study much more, in any field that interested her. Mia had also begun training Requip with her father, at her request. Her father did manage to see a small spark in his daughter's eyes, and made sure she properly learned how to use Requip, but did not push her any further, still believing she will not make it into a mage guild with the current way she was pursuing things.
At the age of 11, her parents attitude once more changed, but this time in different directions. Her home was invaded by dark mage guild members who declared everyone in their town had to pay protection or be kicked out, and her parents did not pay. While her parents were taken down, Mia came from behind the dark mages with her Archive screen as a shield. One of the dark mages noticed and quickly broke the screen, only for an explosion to occur upon the screen breaking. The explosion threw Mia against a wall, knocking her out, and also caused a fire that burnt their house down.
She woke up to see only her dad in front of her, who informed Mia that her mother would be away for some time. Later she discovered her mother called her an information monster and left without telling where she was going, while her dad decided to stay and help Mia get better control over her magic.
The next few years were mostly the same, training Requip and how to control her Archives better with her dad, and later with a much more experienced mage who gave her lessons with her father funding those once he felt there was no more he could teach her about her magic.
When she turned 13, her father used a large chunk of his money to buy her a set of five staffs for her to use as protection and self defense. He begun training with her, and pretty quickly it became clear that Mia had an almost natural talent with the staves, and soon enough her father also funded her lessons with someone who would teach her about fighting techniques for staves. Mia considered those years to be the best of her life.
Upon reaching the age of 16, and having heard of Dragons Cry, Mia decided to go to their entry tournament without her father's knowledge or acceptance. She knew he did not believe she could get into a mage guild, and she wanted to both prove him wrong, and make him proud. She had managed to pass the first round with her staff skills, not showing a single sign of her Archive magic. The second round, the fight against the other bracket winner, proved tougher than she expected, and she just barely won by relaying on her shield archive explosive nature. She made it to the point where she was guaranteed a spot, surprising herself in the process.
When the time came to go up against a strong member of Dragons Cry, Mia felt extremely nervous. If she could keep herself in there for five minutes, she gets ten thousand gems. Winning didn't even seem like an option to her. Her opponent proved to be a bit too much as he kept breaking through her Archive screens and ignoring the explosions that came with them. As she kept being pushed back, both with her staff and with her magic, she decided to use one of the more risky moves she knew, and threw a smaller screen that her opponent easily dodged before she snapped her fingers.
Her opponent stopped and reached to the back of his head, and pretty soon showed a could of shards from her screens, partially covered in blood. He shook his head before charging at her once more and breaking through another Archive screen she just barely set up. Due to not having enough time, the explosion caught her left hand, which was severely burned. While the high ranking Dragons Cry member looked at the badly burnt and somewhat bloody hand, Mia decided to surrender. The high ranking member commended her for how long she managed to stay in, being three whole minutes, which was already an impressive feat in his eyes.
She celebrated her entry to Dragons Cry with the guild members and later announced the surprise to her father, only for their happiness to be short lived.
They received word that Mia's mother was now wanted for multiple crimes, having joined a dark mage guild, the same one that attacked them at their home. While her father was shocked by the news, Mia decided that one of her goals would be to put her mother in prison, both for the safety of others and for her mothers safety, as she knew the fate many dark mages faced if it was not death, and despite being abandoned by her, Mia did not wish to see her mother die.
Five years has passed since, and Mia has become known as the guild's "Librarian", having her archive information grow as much as possible, consistently update it and try to stretch its limits every single day. Her mother's whereabouts are still unknown, and Mia is still ever determined to catch her.

Magic:
Archive
A type of magic that allows the user to perform several actions through it, with the main purpose of the magic being storage of information and the capability to receive information from others, or temporary give them information. Due to this type of magic not being based on a combative, its users often stay away from battlefields.
Archive spells -
Storage -
Mia can use the Archive to store any information she receives in it and also retrieve the information onto the screens of her Archive magic. It could be compared in a manner to the Requip magic, but the physical data does not return to her, but rather appears on her screens. She can clear out data at any time, as there is a limit to how much information her Archives can store.
Force Shield -
Mia can manifest the Archive screens in a dense formation, creating a decent layered shield that can take a few hits.
The maximum amount of layers she can put on the shield is a three layered shield, with each layer breaking away after a maximum of two hits. When the last layer breaks, a small explosion occurs, one which Mia cannot control.
Force Shatter -
Mia can manifest small Archive screens which are throwable. Upon snapping her fingers afterwards, any small screens would shatter into smaller, sharper pieces. Due to the much more aggressive nature this spell has, Mia does not use it often.
Limited Telepathy -
Through the use of her Archive, Mia can form a telepathic connection to people she knows on a personal level. This connection can be used a bit further than mere communications like the common use of telepathy, and there is a range limit of 100 meters for a stable connection. A telepathic connection can be established with further distance, but this begins to put strain on Mia.
Information Transfer -
Mia is capable of transferring information in a temporary form to others, as long as they are within the range of a stable telepathic connection. While transferring, the information will appear as a temporary loading bar within the gaze of the person receiving the information, and afterwards they will have the information for up to five minutes. This can often come accompanied with a minor headache while receiving the information. Upon the time expiration, any information that was downloaded will simply erase itself from the mind of the person who received it, once more accompanied by a minor headache.
Requip
Requip allows the user to store weapons or armours within a magical storage that they can access as long as they have enough magic power to use. While Mia does not store armors within her Requip storage, she does store five staffs and a few attire changes for different occasions.
All the staffs look the same except for one different, being a number that was carved onto the head of the staff, going from 1 to 5. The staffs are made of a rather resistant and expensive metal, one which cannot be repaired. While she does know where she can get more, it is not simple due to the metal's decent durability standing against spells of different variations.
Magical Items carried:
Magical Reading glasses
Light Blue coloured Light Pen
Magic Compass - This compass can be directed to either show the north or be given a specific coordinate which it will then point to until it is reset. It has the map of the country synchronized within its memory, but cannot show the map.
Compact Communications Lacrima
Extra Information:
Mia knows how to fight with a staff very well, preferring it over bladed weapons due to wanting to have a better chance at knocking people out instead of killing them.
