Alright, sounds good. :P So here's my character. I'll edit him here if I think of anything I want to change. I'm pretty anal like that and will always opt to make a change if I think it makes for a more interesting, complex character.
Name: Alex Richter
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Appearance: Stands at 5'9", and weighs roughly 165 lb. His build is mostly lean, with some muscle on his arms and legs. His skin is pale and his eyes blue/grey, and his hair is light grey with a metallic sheen, appearing silver. Its texture is fine and it ends a bit above his chin, extending outwards instead of hugging his head. His face is usually contorted in an angry scowl that can be intimidating, but is somewhat comical in combination with his light build.

Who Hired You: Alex works for a variety of people, depending on where he is staying at the moment. He has worked for political leaders, industrialists, and wealthy individuals, as well as gangs and other urban or rural dwellers. Currently in Yorksburg.
Weapons: As far as self defense goes, Alex is equipped mainly with various types of guns. He always carries either a .357 Magnum revolver or a Glock 30, but has an extensive collection of guns including machine guns, rifles, shotguns, and more.
He is trained in martial arts and knife fighting, and although he is above average considering the average person does not undergo such training, he is by no means superior in any of these areas.
He owns a space fighter jet that is equipped with machine guns and air-to-air missile pylons.
Personality: Alex is a caustic, arrogant person. He has a sardonic charm and isn't unlikeable, but he can unfurl a scathing wit on those who irk or rub him the wrong way. He has a short fuse when dealing with slow, dull people, but is easily amused and drawn towards anyone with an alluring quirk or intrigue. He constantly seeks excitement and mental stimulation, but can be prone to depressive ruts where life loses meaning and everything seems hopeless and gone to shit. In this sense he can be somewhat bipolar, going from overly sociable and uncharacteristically forgiving of things that would normally bother him, to an extreme state of volatility that lacks his normal charm and character.
He is well educated and because of this, can come off somewhat snobbish and contributes to his conceited air. He is a fan of the opposite sex, but has rarely felt a spark that was not borne from lust.
He has a good heart, which is evident by his choosing to divorce himself from a life associated with greed and evil (as seen his past), but does not always play the part of the shining hero. He prefers to be more independent, choosing to fight for good when it strikes a chord with him, and not as a general rule.
Past: Alex was born to a wealthy family that is part of a large dynasty of industrialists. His father, Jonas Richter, owns an expansive string of casinos (called Galaxy Spades) that is spread amongst all the inhabited planets and moons in the galaxy, with the home base (and Alex's hometown) located in a buzzing Martian metropolis, Mars City.
Alex was spoiled growing up, given a top notch education and training in firearms, hand-to-hand combat, and air combat. He was the youngest of three, growing up alongside two sisters: Elyse, 27, and Isabella, 29.
It was inevitable that the Banditos would find their way to the urban areas of Mars in an effort to reap what they could from both the average person and the big companies. Jonas Richter, being the ruthless and self-interested businessman that he was, protected his company and family's wealth by inviting the Banditos to share in his fortune, beginning would would become a long and corrupt partnership between the two groups.
As Alex grew older, a rift began to form between him and his father as he became more privy to the shady dealings that were going on between the thugs and his father's company. His disgust was aimed more towards the inhumane treatment of innocent people rather than the illegal money dealings, although the two were often interrelated.
Already feeling stultified by his rich, posh lifestyle, Alex used this as the reason to leave his family at age 21. He left well equipped due to his luxurious upbringing, but of course, was not able to leave with an infinite amount of money. In the present day, some of his savings still remain, but he must make his living hunting bounties.
Alex has not talked to family since he left. His father has basically disowned him and would hand him over to the Banditos if he could. His mother did not want him to leave, but still loves him, and would not betray him. He was close with his sisters, although there is a definite tension between them as they chose to stay loyal to their father rather than leave, even if they did not agree with his business.
