Well, the actual villain is actually a dude who does an X-Files podcast...

That was one of the strangest episodes I've ever seen, though.

After watching the whole thing, I thought it was kind of cute. It's uncharacteristic of an X Files episode, but to be honest, I liked the lightheartedness of it.
