Deep in the thick woods, near a side of a mountain lived the RedWind pack. They had been staying within their territory for many generations. For the longest time they were rivals against other packs until one day. Jolon the pack's young alpha male had agreed to meet with the older alpha male and his pack for a meeting. This is going to be a rather delicate situation since anything could go wrong. He had made sure his pack is going to be on their best behavior. If they both could come to an alliance between his and the other pack known as Jaggedrock. Then the on coming seasons would be perfect for both ends. And assuring their territories would be protected by both packs.

Laying near her den with the alpha's sister Hazel, Sparrow was told to wait with the others until the new members have arrived. Figuring it's going to be rather crowded in the dens since there's going to be another pack living with them. ' So what did the other pack called themselves again? Joggastone or something?' Sparrow asked Hazel before scratching her ear. Hazel just shrugged a bit knowing they've caught their peace offering to the other pack's alpha. A good size badger should be good enough, it wasn't easy. ' They're called the Jaggedrock pack, and let's just hope the talk goes well between my brother and their alpha. The last thing we would need is a war before winter comes.' Hazel spoke having her eyes closed trying to get some rest.

Silver followed her father as they trudged through the forest to the meeting spot. She had her brother Demon, Grey, Valkary at her flanks. Silver looked at her brother as they stepped up to the meeting spot. She looked at the others and stopped when her dad did. He nods to the other pack members and they spread out. Sliver let out a half whine as she watched the world around her. She looked around as they spot the other alpha.

Flurry and Danka and Snow lay out listing to the others. They shook their heads.'Yeah this better go well, but who knows what will happen' Snow said gently. They were anxious to hear what happened the pack seemed to be pacing and waiting it felt like ages as the moon Rose higher in the sky.

Looking up to see the other pack coming into the meeting area. Hazel turns to fetch her brother while Sparrow and the others tend to their guests. ' Brother, it is time to greet the other pack and your soon to be mate' She said as Jolon nodded as he started to get up. Thinking things are going to be perfect. Barely had met the alpha's daughter yet. But if they would work together like a proper pack, they will survive the coming winters ahead of them.

Walking towards the pack calmly as Sparrow bowed her head to the soon to be pack members. ' Greetings Jaggedrock, I hope your journey to the meeting place was alright' She said calmly. Turning her head to see Jolon coming out of his den with Hazel by his side.

Silvers father nods." Very good journey thank you for asking." He said and when he saw Jolen He turned his head to Silver for her to step up."I present to you must only Female pup Silver. Silver this is Jolene your soon to be mate after tonight he is your mate." He said to her. Her head turned. "Wait what?" She asked him. He nods to her and Silver stepped forward slowly a little past him. she knew her father hadn't told her brother and her everything in the meeting. Demon and growled along with the others. Silver flicked her tails at them. She knew that her pack was feeling the same disbelief and annoyance she was.
