On behalf of the meeting to deal with these citizens of youth who believe organizing full on racing events and traveling the west coast highway's, streets, and even dirt roads to race un-permitted, is a thing of a laughing matter. With over one hundred thousand dollars dumped into high speed chase wreckage and more than enough hospital bills piled on top of that, we have come together to form the West Coast Speed Patrol. A task force of a sort, all the above highway divisions have come together to put the best men in blue behind the wheel of cars capable of top speeds to pursuit the group that the media has dubbed West Coast Speed which is also believed to be just another name for the various names that go with things as West Coast Drift Alliance and various other titles. The meeting delegated was overseen by all crime divisions of the west coast, and signed by the respected state government, now dictating that anyone to withhold information on these groups of individuals, as a member of the group. This group is not like any other, these people have more time behind the wheel, and more skill behind the wheel than most of the people who race on circuits, also they have been tracked to Car Hauler Jacking's that have impounded cars linked to excessive speeding issues. The Semi drivers transporting these impounded cars are now taking up arms of their own, due to the simple fact that this group still has not been found. These people are to be chased to every end of this country. This report details below all evidence we have, some confidential, the one thing we can conclude in this new development has been the following.

Welcome to the sign up thread for this street racing themed, modern roleplay. I believe that not only I will be able to thoroughly enjoy this, but so will many many others. If there are any questions of the plot that weren't answered by the above police report then hopefully I answer them with this brief explanation!


The group behind this started with just a simple race between a couple of Senior's in High School, but we all know how adrenaline can affect the teenage body. High doses aren't recommended. But thanks to the constant organization of street races up and down California, and receiving money from tracking down and releasing car's that were impounded thanks to outrageous speeding tickets. That quickly developed into job's that got higher stakes. Those higher stakes putting pressure on the original group, and even more so pushing them to react, not crack, and to stay out of the grasp of the new Speed Enforcement Task Force that now roamed the west coast highway's, back roads, and even city streets.

In attire she normally wears Jeans and Black Long-Sleeve V-Necks, Red Fingerless Driving Gloves and Black High-Top Jordans. Giselle does not bear any Tattoos or Piercings.
Small Bio: Giselle comes from a Family of Korean Immigrants. Her Father is a Retired Army General and her Mother a Cosmetologist. Since her adolescent years, Giselle has almost always been a victim of bullying. Being a fairly timid and soft-hearted girl, one rude comment was usually all it took to make her cry. However, not only other girls seemed to bully her, but boys as well. Giselle was subject to numerous forms of bullying, which included Name Calling, Sexual Harassment (Such as getting her bra strap pulled, her behind being touched or grabbed, getting groped, etc.), pushing, shoving, getting her hair pulled, unmentionable pranks, hazing, malicious comments and rumors, gossiping, mocking and, worst of all, hurtful comments. To release the stress, vent the sadness and anger as well as keep her academics from deteriorating, Giselle took up Martial Arts. At the age of sixteen, Giselle would become exposed to the world of Illegal Street Racing and eventually took up Car Tuning, working her way up to being not only a Skilled Martial Artist, but a Skilled Mechanic as well. As a Graduation Gift, her Father would give her a 1995 Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 to further fuel her Street Racing Interests.

Although Soft-Hearted and Timid, Giselle cares greatly for those who are close to her and has a great sense of Responsibility. Aside from being a great 'Little Sister' Figure, Giselle's knowledge in Car Tuning would also be an excellent asset to the group.

Physical Desc: Paul is a lanky boy to say the least. Always being compared to Michael Phelps thanks to his school bullies. Yeah. Not even the gamer kid with a hot car could escape those assholes. Then again all of the people from the origin group were harassed by these assholes. Back to the subject. Standing six foot three some wondered how he fit into the car's he drove when they ran so low to the floor and had such small foot work space. His brown hair hung just above his dark brown eyes that were quick in response while one hundred and sixty-five miles per hour was present around him. His feet may be size fifteen but the speed at which they work under the console and on the peddles was nothing short of a miracle. Paul was one not to wear graphic tee's unless they were to do with car's. Caught wearing V-Neck's and button ups that fit his jeans and Jordan's, seeing as those were the only shoes that came in size fiteen and didn't look like clown shoes.
Small Bio: Where to start with this troubled child? A quite kid through middle school hoping to coast through without being seen, but that was too convenient of an option during High School. Freshman through senior year was nothing but hell. His first day of High School starting with being pantsed and his last ending in a fight. Paul lost his father at the age of twelve and simply became a social ghost, staying in a house, locked up and held there, until the day his first car was graced to him, following three more that sat in his garage even today, his first car was a Nissan 240sx S13, a S20DET engine swap and a nice high mounted Greddy turbo pushed over five hundred horsepower out of the engine, this car was a drifting masterpiece. Following his junior year he got his hands on a Subaru WRX STi that started as a simple second car, and ended in a seven hundred horsepower monster made for all weather and all purposes car that went 100+ no matter the conditions. When senior year rolled around, he finally had a hold of his dream car, well, second dream car, having worked and saved more money than he could ever have imagined, Paul got the car he needed. A 1998 Toyota Supra, which was now known as the car you don't want to see at a street race. And finally, after his racing and constant high risk bets, he pulled a 2015 Nissan GTR Black Edition into his garage. Not touched, but needing to be here soon. Paul to say the least made it through his life well. But with his focus on cars he had to race every day of his life to live like he needed, and win every night, how long he could keep this up, even his rivals wanted to know.

Small Bio: Ty grew up in the the most dangerous area's of Compton, daily drive by's, shot up nearly every house he lived in, his father being shot, growing up around people who were locked up for years, causing him to be around the scenario of 'Prison' everyone around Ty eat, slept, and breathed prison. Ty was made to be tough, which is why he was called one of the thug's around the racing scene he lived in. Being known to be thrown into any car and have it move in anyway he wished, that was his forte, a jack of all trades but a master at none.
