She's black and white. One moment she's dancing around the room, the next she's fuming in a corner or sending death glares at anyone who comes near her. Accept that she's in a bad mood, and don't take whatever she says to offence when she is. She's very protective over her friends and family.

Power:
She has power over water. She can only do small things like moving water bubbles alone, but with another changed she has the potential to create a hurricane, and can even get enough water to make a lake with the right person!

Backstory:
When she was younger, everyone expected her to be a regular. When her powers started showing and her family found out she was a changed, they kicked her out. Why? They didn't think she'd ever find another changed, let alone one that was willing to work with her! Besides, depending on someone else to use your powers makes you weak, no matter what. According to her family, at least. She was placed in foster care and moved around for many years before finding her current home.

Relations:
Her best friend is Ronnie, who left to go on a year long trip around the world with her parents.
Her foster parents, Bill and Jen.
Her foster brother, Cole.

Name: Tate Darring
Age: 19
Personality: Tate is an extremely mysterious boy, showing next to no facial expression for a majority of his time. He is easily irritable but usually just stays silent about the fact. He can be sweet, but its a part of him he hates. He has this mad side that comes out when he feels empowered. That is one of the only times he will show expression, besides if a friend is hurt or if he is very upset. He can look very sad when he cries.
Power: Soul Control: he can use his own soul to create images in the air and have it float around like smoke. With the right partner he could use this power to create actual objects or weapons using his soul, or take fragments of someone else's soul to make him stronger.
Backstory: When Tate was very young, he was told he had inherited a great power from his father. During training, Tate accidentally seriously injured many of his teachers. His father ended up pulling him from his training and just keeping him at home, away from society. He grew up without friends and without family. When he was 10, he met his 9 year old sister for the first time by accident. They grew close and she became his friend. One day, on Tate's 16th birthday, when Faye snuck down to see him, their father caught her. Their father forced Tate to use his powers on Faye, his sister in an attempt to control her soul. Tate is not strong enough alone, and he ended up only damaging her soul and killing her. Blaming himself and his father, Tate escaped that house and ran away. Since then he has been unable to get close to anyone and will barely use his powers. He blames himself for her death every day, and he will never shake off the feeling of losing someone.
