Shade Varnat sighed. She looked out the window of her hive. She wished her lusus would let her outside. She was so bored. She saw some of the trolls outside and sighed.
"I'm 7 sweeps old! Can I finally go outside?!"she asked her lusus. Her custodian knew that one way or another Shade would leave the hive. She nodded.
Shade smiled then ran out. She went over to the other trolls.
"Hi! I'm Shade!"she said. The troll she was talking to had crazy hair, little nubby horns, and the zodiac sign Cancer on their shirt.
