I see them.... from my vantage point up on the wall. Marching out to there possible doom or our victory.... We wont know till it's done. Turning away, the pang in my chest grows almost unbearable as I realize I may never see him again. Yes, I had said good morrow to him as he mounted his steed in his splendid armor. Then in a stunned silence had walked up the stairs to the wall to watch him go... but it wasn't til I had settled myself on a good position to see the exodus that the tears began to fall...
