    The Seven are an elite secret Imperial Guard for the current Vykendria royal bloodline. They have existed since the very first Oelamir King and are loyal only to blood heirs. The original Seven were chosen from the most skilled & talented warriors of the age by it's founder, a man part of the Previous King's bloodline. As years went on if one was lost, they were quickly replaced by another. Someone that was chosen as their successor, or chosen by the Head. Only Seven, Always Seven. Never more, never less.

    Present era Vykendria is an exciting developing time. Strange new technologies mixed with old world traditions. Imperial King Stephane Oelamir has been the most loved monarch in the past century along with his gentle Queen Genevieve. When blessed with their first child, it was a mixed emotion as Queen Genevieve died in childbirth. Saddened, the King did not remarry until nearly ten years later to an infamous Beauty, The Lady Amethyst. A lady whose face was so lovely, she enchanted all that saw her.

    Shortly after, the King's health started to decline drastically until one night he passed away, leaving behind his Queen as acting monarch until his blood heir daughter came of age. The new Queen was never able to bare a child, leaving the Princess Gwendolyn as the last living blood heir to the throne. The True Heir.

    In coming years, there were a few suspicious accidents, but the Princess was reaching age 20 and soon there would be the official coronation. The Queen Amethyst, not wanting to loose her ruling place set a plot in motion, framing the Princess for a diplomatic murder and sending her off to the prison to await a death sentence.

    With a kingdom enchanted by a beautiful Queen, none would defy her rule... except The Seven whose loyalties are pledged to only one life! The True Heir must be saved and the Queen's plots unfurled if Vykendria is to survive a coming war. As The Queen has no desire to stop with just ruling Vykendria. She wants the world.


    THE LAND OF VYKENDRIA
    In it's current era, Vykendria still holds on to old world traditions even as advanced technology has become and every day thing. Castles, quaint villages, horse carriages, fashion and other traditions are blended in with high tech weapons, machines, and power structures. Though magic has been a part of the world since the dawn of time, it has become old fashioned in favor for the less draining machines of today. Imagine a world like King Arther's, but throw in sci-fi tech in the mix. King Stephane has been dead for nearly 10 years, and the state of the country has started to decline under Queen Amethyst's rule. Everyone had hope that the mysterious Princess Gwendolyn would take the throne on her 20th birthday and continue the fair rule of her father. ....Until now! The news that Gwendolyn is responsible for murder and soon to be put to death has spread through the country like wild-fire. Everyone is in a state of unease about the future.

    "The Seven" have all been cast or reserved. If during the rp one of the players for a Seven vanishes for too long(I'll give you a month, unless there's a problem), their absence will be a death and another character in play will become one of the Seven. So if you missed out on getting to be a Seven, just make a cool character, they might be chosen later as someone's successor. XD

    IF YOU HAVE A SEVEN:
    Remember that the Seven are SECRET. No one has ever known of their existence except blood heirs. Until now, where Gwendolyn never had the chance to be told about them... and recently the Queen has managed to discover them. Each of the Seven have a number they "inherited" from their predecessor, this number they use to identify themselves to other Seven members. Usually they will have a Tattoo or an Special Item that has the number in code. Because Vykendria has been at peace for so long, many of the former Seven have retired or died, thus explaining why many members of this generation's Seven are younger in age. (Younger being mid 20s to later 30s) Most of the Seven have never met each other. They keep in contact through their current Leader. (Rose Kingsley; #1.) ​

    A NON SEVEN CHARACTER:
    If you don't want to play one of the Seven, you also have the option to play anything else you want! It just needs to make sense! Fantasy races are allowed, so are sci-fi alien races, but alien races must be native to the planet. There are other countries in the world, so you don't need to be from Vykendria. Our three basic plots will be:
    -- The Castle where couple members of the Seven will be trying to catch the Queen in the act of doing something wicked so they can clear Gwendolyn's name.
    -- Out and about where members of the Seven are trying to keep Gwendolyn hidden and safe until they can return her to the castle.
    -- Citizens of Vykendria trying to decide if they are with the Queen and believe she can do no wrong, who is already starting plans to invade another country, or if they side with Gwendolyn and believe the True Heir is getting shafted and planning to revolt. ​

    MAGIC AND TECHNOLOGY
    You ARE allowed to have magic, just remember that it's "old fashioned" and not as common as high tech sci-fi weaponry. Again, imagine a world that looks a lot like the time of King Arther, with the castles, the knights, the forests and villages... but there's a lot of new tech mixed in. Laser guns, light sabers, machines. Vykendria's old world traditions are blending with new school tech.​

    CURRENT PLOT SUMMARY
    Princess Gwendolyn was in prison a little over 24 hours when she requested the help of an escaping prisoner, coincidentally Drystan #7 of the Seven. When reaching the slums, Rose (#1) catches up with them. Then, the Masked Man arrived with unknown affiliation with Drystan. Arthur (#2) arrives. Rose uses the moment as a distraction to get Gwen away and meet with Arthur. They're on their way to their first rest-stop. They will then meetup with Cervantes there, and make a quick escape from the city.

    Meanwhile, Queen Amethyst is confiding with her Huntsman about the Princess' escape. She will soon send him to seek out someone known as "Wolf" and make him a deal. Our day will end there, and we start the next day.

    Character Name: Queen Amethyst

    Age: 37
    General Appearance: Smooth alabaster skin, high cheek bones, brilliant light blue eyes and blood red lips is this angelic face. Her long straight strawberry blonde hair seems to frame it like a gentle sunset. She is long limbed, though only of average height and she seems to ware very low cut gowns to draw attention to her ample breasts, though careful that it's not so low cut as to upset any of the noblewomen she still must deal with from time to time.
    Current Goal/Purpose: To be rid of the annoying heir and continue to rule Vykendria as not just regent, but as Imperial Queen.
    General Personality: What Amy wants, Amy gets!
    General History: The young queen has always been ambitious, but when she was able to catch the eye of the Imperial King her ambitions went into hyper drive. The king was calm, rational man, but he was still a man. She had to be careful to make sure that his declining health did not throw suspicion on her, and though it took time and patients, she was able to finally rid herself of the old man.

    Taking out the daughter was not as easily. She tried various ways to rid herself of the girl, since the method she used to rid herself of the king was impractical. Yet there was always something that went wrong, someone that was in the right place at the wrong time, and the girl has lived her life in happy bliss.

    PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

    General Appearance: Rose has a well toned body. She's not a body builder by any means, but she is strong and fit, and it shows. While she would look nice in a gown, what with her curly blue-black hair and hour glass figure, she always feels awkward in such things and tires to keep things simple in her wardrobe.
    Strengths: Agility is her main strength. She is highly skilled in martial arts. She's a sharp shooter as well.
    Weaknesses: Endurance running is not her specialty and heaven help if she has to do a water rescue. She's also does poorly in smoke and other conditions of poor air quality where her lungs can seize up.

    Current Goal/Purpose: Protect the blood heir at all cost.
    Talents: Charm, able to get along with people, understand people and their motives.
    Inabilities: Rose is not book smart. She's not illiterate by any means, but facts and figures she leaves up to those that expert in them.
    Fears: Watching her life slip away from her.
    General Personality: Roselyn is a happy, energetic young woman. She is much more interested in being your friend then in causing any strife. Optimistic to an almost annoying degree she does seem to have a hard time keeping her hands to herself.
    Inner Personality: Rose might not be quite as chipper as she let's people think she is, but she is fairly optimistic. However she is by no means naive and is often studying people's reactions to her. When she's 'on duty' she can be down right cold blooded, internalizing all that joy and good will and becoming a cobra.
    Secret: No one in her family knows she's one of the Seven. She is however grooming a younger male cousin for the role. She has very high hopes for him.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History: Back in the days of old, when the new line of Oelamir became king of Vykendria, the brother to the queen, the son of the previous reign swore allegiance to the blood line.

    His oath was the start of the Seven and the personal path of his own bloodline.

    Generations have past and while the Kingsly family is of only modest importance in royal affairs, there is an accord that even the most politically savvy and power hungry of their line have never noted. Should the Oelamir line end, the line of the succession will not become some convoluted national nightmare for a battle king will take the thrown.

    There is at least a few extra safe guards involved, so that no just anyone will become the battle king. Just like not just anyone can become one of the Seven.

    Roselyn was trained at a young age in martial arts as well as political intrigue. While she could hold her own with a bladed weapon, she was much better at unarmed combat and archery. She had a grounded approach to moral issues and her father was pleased to find a prospective member for the Seven.

    Present Life: Rose had only been a member of the Seven for two years when the king died. His death rocked these most loyal guardians as it did all the citizens. Worse though was they had not had contact with the young heir as of yet and now without exposing themselves to the new queen it would be difficult to do so.

    While no one was truly suspicious of the queen, the king had not informed her of their presence, and they where not going to do so themselves, feeling it was not proper.

    It took some doing, but Rose was able to make herself a prodigy to one of the great dames of court, who had all but moved into the castle. She was a work in progress, and a disappointment when she still hadn't landed herself a husband before her thirtieth year, but that didn't bother Rose as much as the accidents.

    Twice, Rose kept young Gwendolyn from dying. Both times the events around the accident were suspicious at best, but Rose had no leads on who nor any true suspects.

    Over the years since the death of the king several of the Seven have been replaced and now she is leader in place of her own father. She hasn't even met all of the Seven, though she's been sure to communicate with the secretly so that all were kept abreast with current events.

    PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

    General Appearance: Hair black as ebony, skin fair as snow, etc, etc! Well groomed as any young princess should be, Gwendolyn is a vision of her birth mother. She has a small frame but curvy figure. Favors lightweight clothing in deep rich colors.
    Strengths: She is really proud of her archery skills, both with traditional bow and new tech designs.
    Weaknesses: Having a secluded lifestyle, she doesn't have a very strong immune system or resistance to illness, despite the fact she is in good health.

    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: To not be arrested or killed for treason, and return herself back to her Throne.
    Talents: Is very good at listening, and understanding people's point of view.
    Inabilities: Painfully innocent and has no knowledge of the outside world.
    Fears: Gwen never faced anything she had to fear until now. Now she's discovering there are A LOT of things to be afraid of, and more than she could list.
    General Personality: At first impression, Gwendolyn seems to be all fluff and no substance. She is painfully ignorant of how the world works, has very little knowledge of politics or history. Gwen is polite and obedient to the point of seemingly not thinking for herself. Always does what she is told, will not complain, whine or argue. Many would consider her a spoiled reclusive person, yet pleasant and uninteresting company. The precious few people that have had a chance to talk to her have discovered a different person all together. She's inquisitive, curious. Asks unusual questions and has a good perception and understanding to the people she talks with.
    Inner Personality: Gwen was not given the chance to learn, well... ANYTHING. She has been drilled by the Queen to be a quiet, passive, and obedient individual. She's never thought that there was something wrong with this or that it was out of the ordinary until recently. As her coronation drew closer Gwen felt under-prepared and started asking questions. This seems to have put everything on a chaotic spiral. She's trying hard to adapt to new circumstances and not get drowned in the process.
    Secret: Gwen is a little intimidated by men, and hides it to the best of her ability.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History:
    Gwendolyn was born as the only child to the King, and never had a chance to know her real mother because she died in childbirth. Still, Gwen didn't seem to find her life lacking. Her father was a kind man and wonderful father. He always made sure to spend lots of time with her and let her know that she was loved.

    When her father remarried to the current Queen, she saw much less of him. Gwen was at an age where she understood he wanted to spend time with his new wife, so she didn't feel neglected. The Queen seemed to be a fair step-mother, spending time with Gwen in trying to teach her how a "Proper Princess and Future Queen" was supposed to behave. The Queen was always very concerned about Gwen's safety, though, and would rarely let her interact with others outside of a small few.

    When Gwen's father died, she was devastated. Her world grew even smaller and in her grief, she didn't care.

    The reality of Gwen's life is that the Queen likes her position as ruler. She had no intention to step aside and let the King's daughter take the throne. At first, she thought she might mold the child to be a figurehead that could be controlled. But as Gwen grew older, started asking questions, the Queen saw her as a threat. She has made sure Gwen knows very little, to make getting rid of her all the easier.

    Present Life:
    One moment Gwendolyn was fighting her fear of becoming Queen, and the next she was accused of murder! A diplomat from another country was murdered right in the castle. Doors down from her own chambers. Somehow all fingers are pointed at her - even the Queen is sure that Gwen did it. Gwen, on the other hand, is completely baffled! Not even a trial was planned, she was shipped immediately to a prison cell and waiting for her executioner.

    Gwen has no desire to sit idly by and be killed for a murder she didn't commit, but finding a way out of her cell is going to be a challenge...

    Strengths: Physical Prowess. Arthur is a gifted swordsman and soldier, and has had many years to perfect his style of combat. Arthur is also incredibly healthy and athletic, especially given his age.
    Weaknesses: Despite his strength, endurance, and uncanny skill in combat, Arthur is getting old. His vision is becoming blurry, and his speed is nowhere near what it used to be.

    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: To serve his purpose as one of the Seven. To find and protect the rightful heir of the Kingdom, Princess Gwendolyn.
    Talents: Tactical and philosophical mind; he enjoys strategy games, like chess, and likes to read and write poetry.
    Inabilities: While he enjoys music and song, he is unable to string together any series of notes to anything resembling song and music. Arthur is also terrible with children.
    Fears: Arthur has lived a long life and has learned much in conquering his fears. The only substantial fear he has left is failing royal bloodline, and letting Gwendolyn die.
    General Personality: Arthur is generally a kind and well-meaning man. He rarely raises his voice, nor does he give in to anger. Arthur prefers to think things through before taking any action, sometimes giving the impression of indecision or lacking any kind of initiative; he simply does not want to take unnecessary risks.
    Inner Personality: Arthur suppresses his anger because he does have an anger issue. He uses daily meditation to help him quell this anger, and has a number of techniques to suppress it.
    Secret: Arthur has another fear that he is unwilling to acknowledge, or even admit to himself: he is afraid of being phased out by this influx of technology.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History:
    First and only son of the previous #2 of Seven, Arthur was trained from an early age to take his father's place. His mother died when he was young, giving birth to what would have been his younger sister; the baby died as well.

    This early tragedy put an invisible wall around Arthur and his father. While his father loved him, he was unable to properly show this emotion, and instead turned their relationship from father-son to one of teacher and student. Arthur understood this, to a degree, and tried very hard from an early age to earn his father's love and approval by being the greatest swordsman he could be.

    When Arthur's father died during an assassination attempt of King Stephane when he was but a Princeling, Arthur became the new #2, taking up apartments in the castle proper. Excelling in swordsmanship, Arthur was given a cover as a guardsman in the castle, in particular a member of the night watch.

    Arthur was devastated when the Queen died, and from an early point was very wary of the Lady Amethyst. She was kind toward him, but there was something that simply did not sit right with him. When the King died abruptly, Arthur suddenly knew he had been proven right about the Lady Amethyst and was very, very vocal in his accusation of her.

    Banishment was something that came soon there-after.

    Present Life: Though banished, Arthur lives in the city under an assumed identity as a lowly scribe, under a proper Maester. Unfortunately, his normal eyes-and-ears have since vanished, and the members of the Seven that he had once known are now gone or dead.

    Character Name: Ashaveal Illiaran; #3; Ashe
    Gender: Male
    Species/Race: Elf
    Age: 127
    Birthplace: Elsovaren ( a neighbouring country primarily inhabited by elves. )
    Occupation: Sniper/Assassin/Scout
    More: Is a descendant of the royal line of Elsovaren, third in line to the throne.

    PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

    General Appearance: Ashe is short and slim, his wiry build perfect for moving silently in either undergrowth or alleyways. His facial features are smooth, complimented rather than hindered by a sharp nose and a full, slightly curving set of lips. The most defining feature of his face are his eyes though. One is sky blue and takes in the world around him with an intelligent and discerning look. His other eye socket is ragged around the edges, and filled with a metallic ball with a lens in the middle, that rolls around freely in the socket and functions as his (improved) substitute eye.

    The clothes he wears are enchanted and shift hue depending on the surroundings, though they can only emulate earth-tone colors ranging from grey to leaf-grean. The set he wears consists of a leather vest, linnen trousers, a woolen cloak, and a pair of supple deerskin leather boots.
    Strengths:Athletic and very good at blending into his surroundings. His artificial eye augments his eyesight to superhuman levels, as well as gives him heat and night vision. He's also skilled with a variety of ranged weaponry, both old and new, but prefers a long range rifle.
    Weaknesses: He's very frail. He can't take a hit very well and this might cost him in melee combat. He also gets drunk easily and lacks any melee combat skills.

    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: Secure the last blood-heir for Vykendria
    Talents: He's diplomatically inclined and has the wisdom of years to back it up. He also has a tactical mind, but not the skills to apply it to the leading of armies.
    Inabilities: He has a hard time showing his emotions, and finds it hard to make true friends amongst humankind.
    Fears: being hurt emotionally, being forced to go back to the Elsovaren royal family to lead a life at court.
    General Personality: a steady personality with a dry sense of humor, he's not a complicated man to figure out once you get through to him. He tends to hold people at arms length though, because he's afraid of getting hurt.
    Inner Personality: He's actually quite a sensitive and emphatic man, but he almost never shows this side of himself. He loves nature and animals in specific, and can't bear to see animals suffer.
    Secret: He has not told anyone off his lineage, and prefers to keep it a secret.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History: Ashaveal Illiaran was born the fourth son of Aimen, King of Elsovaren, He grew up in splendor and spent many happy times in the woods of his home country, instructed by the best of the best his father could find. He grew up a pleasant young man with many admirers amongst men and women. Near his 98th birthday, he and his oldest brother were attacked near the edge of their kingdom by Vykendrian bandits. He lost his brother and his eye in that attack, as their mages were no match for the more technologically advanced Vykendrians.

    He returned to the court a changed man. He lobbied heavily for more investment into human technology from that point, and even allowed a scientist to try and fix his eye. He always felt the stares of the courtiers though, and always kept feeling the blame for the loss of the heir. In the end, he decided to set out into the world to find the bandits who attacked them, killing them one by one.

    By the time the last bandit fell he had become a hard man, getting by by selling his skills to the highest bidder. It was in this way he, as one of the best scouts and assassins in the land, found himself in the employ of the Vykendrian royal family. It was not long after that, that he was approached for position number 3 of "the seven" by Rose Kingsly herself, following the death of old war veteran Ryan Arminck. He accepted gladly, hoping he could make sure the heirs of another royal house remained safe.

    Present Life: Currently he's mostly busy gathering information in shady circles and assassinating those that might be a threat to the royal family. He has been involved in several rescues following suspicious accidents involving the princess, but always behind the scenes or from far off. In his own way, he has started caring a lot for the princess, but sadly he has never been able to blame anyone for all the misfortune that befell her. Since the death of King Stephane, he has become increasingly suspicous, and he doesn't believe for a moment that the princess has murdered the diplomat in question. He's working hard behind the scenes to uncover evidence of someone else's involvement in the murder.

    Strengths: Superior strength, and stamina. Expert 'Swordsman', and Marksman with 'Pistols.' Excellent climber, swimmer, and runner.
    Weaknesses: His left is susceptible to blinding if exposed to large amounts of light without time to adjust, and his body requires tremendous amounts of food in order to stay healthy, and energetic.
    More: On his left cheek, there is an small X shaped scar, and on his palms, the number 6 is branded.


    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: Currently interrogating members of criminal organizations for information about the princesses chargers, until information is discovered, or until recalled by Rose Kingsly.
    Talents: Cervantes is very good at intimidation due to the large sword he carries, and is a master of revealing all with an unspoken word, and telling nothing with a speech. He is crafty with his words, as well as his actions.
    Inabilities: Cervantes cannot relax, or joke around with the majority of people. They seem too carefree for his taste, and he actively tries to get them to act serious.
    Fears: Dieing with dishonor, or failing at his duties to the royal family.
    General Personality: Cervantes rarely speaks a word, and when he does, it's generally a word. He often responds to questions with body language rather than words, as he doesn't like to talk to people he doesn't know extremely well... the reason being is people have a habit of remembering what you say, and using it against you. Apart from that, he doesn't act cold, but more... distant. As if he's usually thinking of somewhere far away from where he is.
    Inner Personality: Cervantes is still a man of few words, but he's much more poetic when someone truly gets to know him. His drinking seems to show he uses such things as a way to numb his view on the world, and remain in a state of tranquility.
    Secret: Cervantes cannot write.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History: Cervantes was born into a line of soldiers who ultimately filled the roll of number six of the seven. His father, and those before them were raised in the sense of military life being the greatest thing one could pursue, and like those before him... Cervantes followed admirably in their footsteps... some would think he was perfect for it. Not incredibly tall, or incredibly stocky, the child always seemed to be stronger than one should be at his age, and when it came time for his entrance to the military, Cervantes rose to his name being called. At the tender age of 16 the boy had only just finished his basic training, and was already being sent on missions for the kingdom, and returned with the scars of war upon his soul, and victory in his hand. His duty to the kingdom took him into dens of thieves, the courts of roaming warlords, and even to deserters of the military.

    As the years came, and went, Cervantes climbed the ranks of the military eventually commanding a Brigade of his own. It was on this day that his father passed, and the title of #6 was passed onto him as it had been done for generations. With these new responsibilities placed on him, the now 23 year old man, began the most challenging task he'd been giving. Providing protection to the kingdom's heir. His missions became more dangerous, and more covert. However, like those before him, he rose the occasion, and under Rose Kingsly, and the rest of the Seven he's looked over the princess in secret.

    Present Life: Cervantes is currently infiltrating the criminal underworld in order to gather information on the charges brought up against the princess, and bring his reports to Rose upon the discovery of any solid information, or to return upon her order.

    PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

    General Appearance: D stands at 6'1" and weighs about a hundred and sixty pounds with skin darkened light brown from the sun. He has jet black hair and one eye is dark green and the other is dark blue. However, they appear black so they rarely capture attention. His hair is kept trimmed but he has long, spiky bangs. D has scars on various parts of his body and an intricate tattoo on the inside of his left wrist hidden by the leather bracer he wears. The intricate tattoo is actually the number seven but only the Leader of the Seven can decipher it as the number is hidden by vines and various shapes and even animals that can easily distract the eye. He often wears boots and dark comfortable clothing.
    Strengths: D is a strong fighter, agile and experienced. He knows how to fight and he doesn't care if he has to cheat to win it.
    Weaknesses: He's only human: he needs to eat, sleep, breathe. Attacking him with superior numbers is often the best way to win as he's often on his own. It's also harder for him to fight in small spaces, narrow corridors, prison cells as his movement is restricted by the limited space.
    More: The Seventh of The Seven is a man (or woman) who works in the shadows, often alone, doing things the other six cannot (or often times, will not) do.

    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: To get out of prison; to survive
    Talents: D is resourceful and a quick learner, able to adjust his fighting style in order to take his opponent down as quickly as possible. He is capable of lying through his teeth and has no qualms about killing.
    Inabilities: He rubs people the wrong way ... and he's fine with that. He's not a big people person and he prefers working alone anyways. He's also crude and has a foul mouth, whether you're the True Heir or a beggar on the street.
    Fears: He's afraid of the gaps in his memory! That he's missing something and he doesn't even know it!
    General Personality: Drystan says what's on his mind when it's on his mind. He lives by his own twisted code, like mouthing off at people but refusing to do it when their backs are turned or when they're not in the room. He has trouble with authority and directly taking orders, even if it means not doing so will get everyone killed. When it comes to D, you get the feeling he's only out to bait you and piss you off so he can laugh at you. He is a realist with a cynical and sarcastic view on everything.
    Inner Personality: D is a man insecure about his past and his future. Although he's sure he's regained most of his memories, doubts still linger in his mind. He wonders if the past he remembers is a dream or if he might have made lots of it up to keep sane. D is prone to moments of being thoughtful and quiet and occassionally will act nice and gentlemanly!
    Secret: He is a member of The Seven!

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History: D grew up on the streets of Vykendria. He was an orphan, raised in an orphanage who came across an older man, at the age of 12, praying in an abandoned church. When he asked the man why he was there, the man replied that a church was still a church and warned the boy that he should leave because it wasn't safe for him to be there.

    D boasted he could take care of himself, thinking the man meant the slums were dangerous for a child. However, it turned out the man meant the abandoned church itself was dangerous because men had followed the praying man in. What followed was a short but bloody battle with D slipping under the altar and watching it all happen.

    The man found him there and asked him whether he wanted to live or die. D replied he wanted to live and the man said since he had chosen to live, he'd have to get D's help to get rid of the bodies. Apparently the men he'd killed worked for someone very important who would send more people to kill the man unless the man bought himself time. By disposing of the bodies, it would be awhile before the someone very important realized what had happened.

    After the task was taken care of, D asked the man to teach him what he had just seen. The man appeared amused that D thought it was so great but he quickly grew serious. He told D what he'd done was serious but necessary and he couldn't teach just anyone. He could only teach his successor. D wasn't sure what all that meant but he begged and begged to be that successor and eventually the man caved in.

    D did not learn about The Seven until the night his mentor passed away from a poisoned cut he'd received while fighting a few days earlier. On his death bed, his mentor explained what the tattoo meant and told D he would have to copy it, curve for curve, on his own left wrist. Afterward, he would have to burn his mentor's body and scatter the ashes, carrying on the mission.

    D did as instructed and continued the mission, hunting down anyone who posed a threat to the bloodline. He caught wind of a devious plot one night and on the way to meet the Leader of the Seven, he met with the trouble. He barely escaped with his life ... but at the cost of his memories. He's remembering bits and pieces but there are large gaps he's still working on finding.

    Present Life: Having been caught in the act of having sex with the prison warden's wife, D was arrested and thrown to jail! Only for him to escape and happen across a young woman asking him to release her!

    Bandit’s wardrobe consists of clothing that will allow him to blend in with the areas he’s appointed. Reliable armour is worn beneath and over these clothes, all light enough to allow stealthy, swift movements. Otherwise, when in the presence of his lady, he is dressed very nicely! His build is very well toned with visible creases of muscle. Facial hair is kept short, sometimes completely removed. One of his eyes are a bright, unnatural shade of green, while the other is a deep brown.
    Strengths:
    - Skillful with not only ranged weapons, but close combat as well. When range is not in his favour, he is perfectly capable of using brute strength, or a blade.
    - Although he’s nearing his 40s, being half-demon helps him maintain an attractive, therefore persuasive image.
    - A very healthy man; he rarely gets ill.
    Weaknesses:
    - Bandit’s magical defense is poor. When he’s up against a magic user, he is very reliant on his speed and willpower to avoid these attacks.
    - Very sensitive to light. He purposefully avoided going in the sunlight, because it’s so harmful to his eyes.
    - Deaf in his left ear due to a confrontation with someone who wielded sound. It doesn’t burden him too terribly, however is annoying that once he reaches a certain distance, he can’t hear at all.

    The shape of a navy blue crescent moon is on his forehead. It’s a symbol he was born with; it runs in his demonic Mother’s side of the family.

    Current Goal/Purpose:
    Simply to do as his sweetheart asks of him.
    Talents:
    Bandit can speak a variety of languages, as well as write and read them. He’s also a very useful treasure hunter, and his senses are better than the average human’s. [Minus hearing]
    Inabilities:
    Not a team player.
    Fears:
    The only true fear he has, is losing his lover. Without her, he’s no longer whole.
    General Personality:
    Not a very friendly man. To everyone except Amethyst, he is harsh, evil and sarcastic. If the thought that a woman is ugly comes up, he will bluntly tell her that. Bandit is only arrogant because he knows how perfectly capable he is of killing somebody else. It is easy tell with those malicious smiles that he thirsts for the spilling of blood, and yearns for the sound of crunching bones. The sick, twisted sense of humour he has comes with his demonic nature.
    Inner Personality:
    Deep down, Bandit is very torn up. For years, people shunned him for being a half-breed. This has turned him into the bitter man he is now, especially since his demon Mother was the one that raised him. All of this aside, there is a warm, softness within him. Bandit is very affectionate and kind to the Princess he says he loves every day. The love she returns to him makes him forget the terrible memories; she’s filled the void of his soul. Amethyst even accepts that he is only half human. He will do absolutely whatever it takes to make her happy!
    Secret:
    Bandit wants to ask Amethyst to marry him, even if she’s royalty. He feels she should have a gentleman make a proposal to her.
    More:
    Should Bandit’s anger be put beyond his limit, he will lose total control of himself and go on a blind rampage. He is stronger, and destroys everything in his path. This can certainly be a downfall, though. He’s less alert of his surroundings when in this state…

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History:
    A demonic female mated with a human male, thus Elathan’s birth. His Father did not want to carry the burden of raising his half-breed son, so he abandoned his family, returning to the village outside of the Forbidden Forest. The Mother was outraged, but didn’t unleash her fury. She felt that her son should be the one to complete this task, to further his longing for bloodshed. Bandit was only ten years old when his Mother pressed this on him, telling her how sad she was when his Father left them to be alone. Outraged by the story, he released his wicked anger on his Father’s hometown, killing every living being that inhabited it. From that day on, he let his Mother teach him how to use his demonic powers, as well as how to control them. Since he was still half human, there was a certain level of sanity he needed to maintain.

    In his mid-teens, Bandit left his Mother to begin life on his own. Under the teachings of a skillful rogue, he became more nimble, stealthy, accurate, dexterous, and above all: Deadly. The use of fabric tied around his head hid the demonic marking on his forehead, as did the lack of smiling so that his teacher would fail to see his ultra sharp canines. This man was said to be the greatest hunter around, so Bandit did not want to risk being denied as a student.

    Once his training was complete, Bandit took up jobs from wealthy people who wanted someone else to do dirty work for them. He sets high prices for his jobs, so he’s only worked for nobles, monarchs and other high class people. His money only went towards things to fill his house with, as well as new armour and weapons when needed. Being a lonely half-demon, he really had no hobbies. A certain female kept employing him, so he always went back at her command, getting many riches in exchange. This female was none other than Princess Amethyst, who he grew fond of over the years. In time, he fell in love with her, and dedicates his life entirely to her now. All the lives he takes, he takes in her name.

    Present Life:
    For ten years, he’s served under the command of Princess Amethyst, who he believes to be his true love. He’s set a goal to eliminate all who pose as a threat to her, especially The Seven. When he isn’t off working, he’s spending time with her in the castle. At times, he goes off to spy on members of The Seven so he can learn about their weaknesses. Learning their whereabouts is no easy task, though.

    General Appearance: Around 6'1" depending on footware and averaging 165 pounds. His black hair has further been darkened by the sun as has his normally pale. His hair is kept short but a small fashionable ponytail hangs down the back. Even though his eyes are different colours, one dark blue and the other dark green you have to look very carefully to notice. He has a birthmark of a raven below his neck on his back. Favours light boots and lose yet concealing clothes made from dark cloth.
    Strengths: Athletic and quick, he knows his way around a sword and Naxdrath is no ordinary sabre.
    Weaknesses: Hes human, and not the toughest one to boot. If he hasn’t got the room to fight effectively he usually runs to where he does., A rooftop for example.
    More: He has a twin brother

    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: To find his brother, or at least find out what happened to him and kill those responsible.
    Talents: born and bred killer, tempered by years of experience in ending life.
    Inabilities: You either love him, or hate him. He’ll speak his mind unless he need you to like him, in which case you days are numbered.
    Fears: That his brother is dead.
    General Personality: There is only one person who commanded his respect, and that was his brother. Everyone else is either a client or a mark. Though hes haunted by his brother’s disappearance he’ll refuse to talk about it to anybody. While he won’t attack unprovoked that most people call provocation and what he does are two different things.
    Inner Personality: Deep down he feels hes to blame his brother is gone and the search is not simply to get his partner back, it’s a redemption quest and only seeing his brother’s face will bring peace to the deep dark reaches of his mind.
    Secret: He may be working for the queen. He certainly has in the past.

    Dresner and his "twin" were never born. They were made. They're abhuman clones made for one purpose. To kill. Their entire lives up until their induction into the guild of assassins was a lie, all set up to make them into the most lethal killers imaginable. Their parenst were skilled assassins playing the parts assigned and never really died. They're now watching from a distance.


    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History: Born in the capitol with his twin, their father having died a short way into their teenage wears they blew through the family money as if there was no tomorrow, and there almost wasn’t. They found out their father had owed money to assassins, the money they had spent on wine, women and good times, and they were next to pay the price, unless they worked off the debt. Not only did they have a talent for ending life, but they quickly learned to enjoy it, and the money it brought in.
    Present Life: A job went bad, an assassination of a member of the seven was meant to be done by Dresner but his brother instead of keeping watch decided to do it himself instead of waiting. Dresner got there just too late and has been looking for his brother ever since.

    Strengths: Richter is a Chaos Knight skilled in blades and dark magic oriented on offense. However most of these spells are all involved with his blades somehow.
    Weaknesses: With all of Richter's dark magic focused through his blades most of his magic is melee based. Ranged options are limited for him.
    More: Richter is proficient in most blades. His custom weapon is staff like weapon that is essentially a double bladed sword with a grip in the middle for him to hold at.

    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: The entire affair of murder has left Richter's concentration fractured. His demeanor as of late is distant and distracted off the battlefield. Right now he feels as though all he can do is watch and eventually make an informed descision.
    Talents: Other than his battle capabilities, Richter is a very proficient cook and tactician.
    Inabilities: Beyond cooking and basic living habits (Basic organization and making one's bed for example) Richter is domestically incompetent.
    Fears: Richter greatly wants to investigate the princess discreetly but is afraid of what might happen if he is found out...or what he might uncover if he is not.
    General Personality: Richter is polite, and at least somewhat sociable. He's usually willing to lend an ear and offer advice where he can. His position comes with a sense of responsibility he readily embraces and is truly grateful that his position is of social standing high enough that he might change the world for the better.
    Inner Personality: Underneath it all, Richter is a rather closed off person, prefering not to talk about himself. His sense of justice and his duty has come into conflict with one another more than once. Despite his use of "dark" magic, he wishes to prove that good and evil magic are just concepts created by people and that its the wielder of said magic that counts.
    Secret: He has a bit of a peeping tom habit.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History: Ever since Richter was young he wanted to aspire to greatness. As a teenager he enrolled in the military and showed his aptitude with blades and dark magic, something that both surprised and worried the people observing. Assigned to a back water unit to keep his potentially dangerous powers in check, Richter's hard work continued to pay off as he improved the situation at his station, and was eventually promoted. This continued until Richter found himself quelling small rebellions and potential threats from neighboring countries until his power and skill were no longer something that could be ignored and he was promoted to an officer. He continued to claw his way up to the top.

    Present Life: Richter is now the High General of the Vykendrian Army. The murder has turned his life upside down to say the least. With all his subordinates talking quietly and conducting disturbingly small scale investigations, he's begun to silently wonder if anything is amiss. He wishes to investigate himself, but hasn't found a sufficient reason to thrust himself into any sort of investigation.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History:
    All of his life, Ethos has been warned time and time again against getting injured which has instilled a fear in him that he cannot shake. Ethos had to visit a healer every time he so much as fell and scraped his knee, which made the other boys tease him endlessly, resulting in his belief that he cannot allow others to know about his shameful defect.

    In an attempt to prove himself, Ethos learned to fight and quickly rose as a powerful fighter for his opponent's inability to hit him. His movements were careful, calculated, but powerful and he was recognized as a grand fighter.

    Present Life:
    Ethos was recruited to serve as a knight to the queen, though offered was too gentle a word. His loyalty is partially money and in large part, fear. Those who came to fetch him after hearing of his prowess were not gentle. Ethos is kept strictly in line and ordered to fight for his own well-being and that of his family, who does not know what became of him.

    Strengths: Drow are naturally quick and lithe. Zorael has trained his whole life to be a swordsman, and thus has impresive (though not extraordinary) strength and reflexes. Eyes are sharp in dim/dark light, and average in normal light.

    Weaknesses: Drow are easily burned by sunlight and easily blinded by bright lights. Sunglasses and similar can lessen the effect, but do not completely prevent it. Has intense fear of large bodies of water and heights.

    More: A normal Knightguard increases the wearer's strength and stamina, though Zorael has managed to fiddle with his so that is increases his speed and stamina. The power sword is a sword that porjects an energy field around it that eats through matter (basically, a lightsaber but it looks like a normal sword).



    MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Current Goal/Purpose: To defend the true heir and the land from those who wish it harm. Defense of the weak. Discontinue the descrimination of the drow

    Talents: Highly skilled at hand-to-hand combat. Can also be very charming

    Inabilities: Cannot swim, sever cases of vertigo that leave him paralyzed, blind rages at lizards. Has trouble dealing with people who attack from range. Has trouble interacting with normal people, due to being a drow.

    Fears: Large bodies of water, heights, and giant lizards (including humanoid lizards)

    General Personality: Tries to be kind and likable, seeing himself as a kind of ambassador for the drow race. Has a thing for the cute, small, and/or furry. Dreams of one day overcoming his fear of heights and proving to the world that the drow can be trusted. Zorael is always the optimist, and tries to lighten grim situations with (admittedly bad) jokes.

    Inner Personality: Zorael on the inside holds the optimistic philosphy that things could always be worse, though he keeps this from his friends, as this kind of optimism is easliy seen as pessimism, and thus weak.

    Secret: Village was attacked and parents killed by lizard-men raiders when he was a child. The trauma has left him with emotional scars that cause him to succumb to irrational rage when he sees lizards, snakes, lizard-men, etc.

    HISTORIC BACKGROUND

    General History: Zorael grew up in a small village of drow on the outskirts of the kingdom. Life was relatively peaceful, despite the hate and distrust the humans showed their village. Zorael never really understood why Drow were hated, just that the drow had made a mistake in the past, which had caused their skin to darken and shortened their lives compared to their elven brethren. One day, when he was 6, a band of lizardmen raiders attacked his village and burned it to the ground, slaughtering everyone. Zorael barely managed to escape and with what little strength he had left, headed to a nearby city. He didn't quite make it to the outskirts, and collapsed from exhaustion, his quest for help a failure. He lay there for three days before the previous #1 of The Seven found him, and took him into city, giving him to the mayor to raise as his own, despite protests from the mayor. For the next five years, Zorael proved himself to the mayor, and he came to love him as his own, and on his 12th birthday, the mayor decided to tell Zorael how he had gotten there. After hearing the story, Zorael set out for the capital to join the Royal Guard in hopes of one day standing along side the person who had rescued him.

    Present Life: Zorael's dream came true, in part, but sadly, the man who had saved him, the previous #1, had passed away in the years since he had saved Zorael's life. Even worse, shortly after he gained his status as one of the Seven, the princess, the true heir, was accused of murder. Since then, Zorael has wandered the land as the mercenary-for-hire named Zack Azer, using the connections he gains from his work to siphon information about what really happened to the princess and where she might be from the numerous underworld organizations.

    WHAT WE'RE DOING RIGHT NOW...
    - Drystan and Dresner will finish their scuffle. Drystan will try to catch up to the others at one of the two meeting places.
    - Rose & Arthur will take Gwen to the Meetingplace where they will meetup with Cervantes. They'll explain to Gwen who the Seven are very quickly, then try to make a break out of the city. Once they are -out- of the city.
    - Queen Amy is confiding to Hunstman. She'll request that he goes to seek out someone called "Wolf" and make him an offer.

    That will end the current DAY. We'll start the next day after that. :D

    FROM THERE...
    On day TWO - Queen Amy is going to call in several of her men. This will include Richter, Zoreal and possibly Ethos and Ash. She will tell them they must go to the borders with the Vykendria army and prepare to start occupying a neighboring country's land. TO PROTECT VYKENDRIA!

    Our group with the Princess will be planning where to go next, trying to get in contact with remaining Seven members, etc.

    And the Huntsman will be making Wolf the offer.
