The town of Greenback is a prosperous small town in Colorado know for its lake. What few don't know though is that below its cold watery floor a insidious entity lays ready to excape.
Notes:
The mayor is off limits
while the police cheif I'll have to assign to someone
News reports can set off major events but, can only do so once every week
other than that everyone is a normal person so no magic, superpowers, etc
other than that go crazy
