The town of Oakwood has a dark secret lurking in the shadows, waiting to be revealed.
When the town was first founded, by James Oakmen, it seemed to be a blessing, but soon became a burden that weighed heavily on the hearts of the many. Children, Teenagers, and Adults began to go missing for days until found, at different times, in the same tree---hanging by what seemed to be the same noose. Much of the town didn't want to face the darkness haunting the town so they began passing the deaths off as suicide, but they were too afraid of what the truth was. A dark spirit roamed the town, preying on those who were in positions of defenselessness. No one knew why, but one day the deaths just stopped for years. So the truth became legend among the town folk and was never talked about again...until the hangings picked off where they left off.
Modern day. The town of Oakwood has become very alarmed at the resent spikes in suicides within the last four months. Six: four adults and two teenagers. However, despite the towns alertness to deaths they do nothing. Something in them prevents many from admitting that this situation is no longer suicide, but murder. A group of local teenagers have figured out that their friends didn't kill themselves, but were killed. Since the local police won't do anything, the four teenagers have decided to take things into their own hands, but things soon become complicated. Are they in over their heads?

So this is a rough idea that has been bouncing around in my head for a bit now. So of course it's not super developed. The basis of the RP will be the four teenagers, so it will be a small one; however, there will be four other teens, but they will not really look into the deaths like the other four will. Again that is a rough idea. Anyways, the supernatural element is the dark spirit, and the playable characters will not be having any special abilities. The character limit will be one because of this being small. Also if you have any ideas feel free to help out with plot development!
