THE WORLD - ADAMAH

The name of this world is Adamah and is composed of 4 known continental bodies.

EUROPA- In the North is the continent of Europa, known for Its Knights, code of Chivalry. Its warriors have a reputation for using overwhelming force and being clad in thick metal armor. The magic there ranges from the simple use of harnessing elements to rituals and enchantments. Don't let that description define this land for they are unique as they have warrior known Vikings once known for raiding and slipping into a berserk rage leaving death behind them. Runes are also powerful magic, symbols of power similar to that of Assuwa's Talismans.

AFRI -The South is the land of Afri, known for its more wild people who live closer to land. Their tribal warriors are known for their speed, stamina, and agility. Their armors ranging from metal to that of the skin of animals the further west one heads and sign of its diversity. The magic is harnessing the power of the land, the beast, and ancestors, along with casting dark curses on one opponent through Voodoo. Even warriors more commonly tap into pure magic of a melee variety.

ASSUWA - In the east rest the land of Assuwa, a continent that covers more sea than Afri. The warriors of Assuwa have an artistic beauty to their fighting. The warriors are known for their deadly and precise attacks. The noble samurai of the Eastern Islands are known for such a thing with their single-bladed swords. The magic there is similar to that of Europa, but also the power of Talismans such as casting spells through words written on paper. Middle Assuwa is considered the original harnessers of Qi", sometimes referred to as Chi or Willpower when leaving Assuwa.

THE LEVANT - Between South and far East is The Levant, known for deserts, oasis, and Sultans. The warriors are also known for fighting with curved blades. The Levant has become known for its Alchemy as it has created powerful healing tonic and deadly poisons. Levant warriors despise being known for this, as they are not underhanded fighters they've been rumored to be. The magic is similar to the rest of the world. They've relatively mastered the art of "taming" Demons, capturing them in gold objects.

THE NEW/DARK WORLD - To the contrary belief, the Dark World is inhabited by humans. They live by farmings, using stone tools, so comparable to iron blades such as their obsidian weapons. They also tend to worship "Gods" or "Spirits" that crave blood through sacrifice.

There are colonies in the new world mostly set up as ports town for export of rare materials such as metals and gems found on the continent in abundance. This adventure will start from a port named Aragon under the Castile(Spain) governments rule.

Mana - Mana is considered the power of the universe. The power of Adamah being manipulated in a multitude of ways. The power to control and create elements seen in the natural world, the power to summon creatures, to enchant, bless and curse. These actions and many more unlisted skills are defined as magic. Those who practice magic or rather magecraft are called Mages, wizards and the like who have high natural mana. Those who use a small amount of magic or an enchanted weapon are not Mages. The studying and practice of Magecraft make one a Mage. Mana exists in all humans, creatures, and Adamah itself.

Mages are usually Long or Mid-range in combat. This is not the law as Mages who tend to fight in close range combat. These mages that practice close range magic and or even straight-up combat are Battle-Mages. They tend to have stronger bodies.

(Aura: The Aura of Mana appears in most colors and is more a cloak of energy that slowly floats off the body.)


Chi - Chi/Qi/Willpower is the art of utilizing one's own vitality or life through the art of meditation, physical training, and breathing. It has been defined as the antithesis or contrast to magic. It doesn't shift the world around it but tends to be only localized in the body. It can be used to survive a deadly strike or destroy boulders with a single punch. Chi is closely related to one's physical and emotional strength. Chi also has a resistance to magic itself. It's believed to exist in the body to stop the mana with humans from burning them out. Think of it as a buffer.

Those who are extremely strong physically have naturally tapped into their Chi. When focusing Chi one can enhance their senses to superhuman levels. One can even sense the area and life of others around them. Chi can even be used to manipulate weapons, predict and projecting attacks in more adept users. Sometimes one can use their Chi to defeat an opponent even before combat, usually, those with much weaker wills.

Chi users are clever fighters, using the surroundings to their advantage and equipment to bring out their full potential. So Chi users are even able to replicate natrual phenomenons. An example would be focusing chi in one arm and making it behave like electricity causing your arm to become an electric blade. These chi techniques are usually based on forms of energy or pure chi. They can heal as well as harm.

(Aura: The Aura of Chi is usually ranging from a warm yellow to a warm orange. It outlines the body when calm but during battle or in fits of anger it becomes fiery. )

The Adventurers Organization - The group that handles matters of what would be considered questing across most of Adamah The guild is considered a neutral organization. They handle most quests as they have shown to be the best middle man. The A.O. is looking for strong adventures and is allowing anyone meeting the requirements to apply for a badge since those that would survive this journey need to be higher echelons of power. Since those belonging to political entities can't be Adventurers, they can receive a temporary pass.

Spirits - Spirits are creatures that are normally harmless and wish not to e bothered or seen by humans. Such creatures can be mischievous. Fairies, Nymphs, the like fit into this category along with the wandering souls of the dead. Evil spirits do exist and those capable of causing real harm besides a haunting are rare.

Magic Beast - Magic beast are creatures with high concentrations of mana in them. Magic Beast are creatures common around Adamah. Ranging from simples beast of large size to that of the legendary phoenix or dragons. They usually behave like normal animals.

Monsters - Monsters are considered different than that of spirit or magical beast. Magical beast aren't predisposed to evil. Monsters for the most part are. They process moderate to human-level intelligence. It has been reasoned that they are descendants of demons but that has not been proven. Monsters can even be created from humans such as the Vampire or Werewolf. Monsters are threats that must be exterminated immediately.

Personality: Ruthless to the end, Solomon will do anything for gold and god. Even if it means putting his life in danger to find treasure. He is a serious individual with little room for jesting, but his dry sarcasm may be seen as such. He is cunning and will meticulously analyze situations to formulate the best course of action. Being a massive Zealot, he sees his actions as the will of god, and will stubbornly use such justification for any action he may take.

Character traits: + Loyal, + Cunning, + Indomitable Will. — Stubborn, — Ruthless, — Fanatical.

Skills: Mastery in Marksmanship, Swordsmanship, and Sailing. Can navigate treacherous waters and efficiently command fleets of ships. He can speak a multitude of different languages and has formal communication skills.

Abilities: Uses Chi to enhance his physical attributes beyond that of normal warriors. Allowing him to overpower many opponents.

Weapons: Uses a cutlass, daggers, and matchlock Pistols.

Armor: His armor protects him from many forms of damage, but the best feature is its resistance to magic. Before traveling to the new world, it was decided that his armor should be properly conditioned to deal with the foreign magic that the new continent may possess.

History: Born the son of a successful merchant, Solomon grew up knowing the value of trade, commerce, and gold. His father taught him speech skills and the charisma needed to make deals. When he turned eighteen, he joined up with the legionaries of Europa and learned the ways of warfare, such as swordsmanship, archery, and gunplay. He rose through the ranks and eventually became a captain of his own ship, learning the art of sailing and leading a crew. During a battle against an army of savages, Solomon was fatally injured and on the brink of death, that is until he was rescued by a local church who nursed him back to health. Being grateful to the church for their help, the young captain pledged his loyalty to god as repayment.

Unfortunately, the soldier's life wasn't enough for him and he left the army in search of greater glory. Becoming a mercenary, he would work as an agent of the crown, exploring new lands in search of riches and glory. For years he would uncover the treasures of foreign lands and convert its peoples to Europa's ways. That is until the discovery of a new continent, brimming with possibilities and adventure. Enticed by such an opportunity, Solomon joined the expedition.
