One can not post in the Global Sign-up section because it is just a compiling of the plot sign ups from each genre. Pick a section, and then post in that subforum.
It's not in the upper right hand corner above the tags and below the search? Will have to have someone look for a glitch.... Is it only that subforum?
Are you trying to click the prefixes inside the Global Listings? Because those are just prefixes and not a forum! What she means by finding the correct genre forum is going to one of the main sections like "FANTASY ROLEPLAYS" and then posting in there!
