Looptroop Rockers (formerly known as Looptroop) is a hip-hop group from Sweden composed of four members: Promoe, Surpreme, DJ Embee, and Cos M.I.C. The group generally performs a subgenre of hip-hop known as "conscious rap" focusing more on issues that pertain to the European Union, but like all people, have their own opinions about politics in the US.

This is their song "Night Train."

"All my images are morgues and moons, and every fork in the road moves through Freud and Jung"

CunninLynguists is a hip-hop group formed by three members -- one from Atlanta, and the other two from Lexington, KY. This post is a two-in-one post because the first song (a spoken word epilogue) leads into the second (essentially, an outro sort of track). The album these are taken from is a concept album about dreams, appropriately named "Oneirology," which is the study of dreams.

"I keep my eyes wide shut behind this fitted apparel / because people have more faces than an Egyptian pharaoh"

The Sandpeople... what to say about them? They're less of a group and more of a conglomerate of hip-hop. 11 members strong, with some from Portland and some from Seattle, they've put out several albums in a variety of different ways. This song is called "Masquerade" and makes an effort to describe life in general as one big costume party.
