This change happened on 29 september (possibly 28 due to time zones).

I'm using Pale Moon 26.5. It's a Mozilla-derived Browser that is usually read as Firefox 24.9.

I've disabled all my addons and it still persists. Basically, the entire user control panel is stuck expanded and floating the left. It's visible on every single page.

I'll let the picture do the talking.

@Vardoger There have not been any site layout edits this past week or so. O_O

Try doing a hard refresh of the browser/system cache. Something might've gotten stuck or isn't loading properly somewhere.

Edit: the image was supposed to represent me for not trying such a simple fix. It should've been the first on the list of things I tried, really.
