This is a game where you just list things a person could do out in public.....things that are either hilarious pranks, things that could be embarrassing, or things that you probably would not do out in public.

Keep it clean, though.
 
Dress up in an outrageous costume with a strange mask and a wig that has hair sticking up all over the place. Then just walk around on sidewalks for people to gawk at you.

Also, how about walking outside in your pjs in cold weather?
 
Play YMCA loudly on your phone whenever you walk by a construction worker, a cop, a biker, or a Native American.
 
Wear a speedo in the middle of winter and go out in it.
 
Wear sweats in hot weather and walk by groups of people.
 
Wear shorts in cold weather and walk pass people. If asked " Are you cold?" answer back " How are you not warm?"
