Searching & Drinking

Emory nuzzled his face into Torval's shoulder, clinging tightly to his friend. When he was drunk or tired he got even more clingy than he typically was. The guys he was making out with didn't typically mind that much but it could be kind of annoying, to Camden at least, when he wouldn't let go and Camden ended up having to sleep next to him because he couldn't get him to let go. He was tiny and light but fairly strong.

Torval usually kept some distance, letting the other guys deal with Emory, but tonight was different. First partying harder than usual, and now being the one to volunteer for this. His arms around the smaller guy, he made for the door with a weird quirk of his lips. Funny, it felt like he hadn't spent much time with Emory until now. But then, he'd always been busy with his long-distance girlfriend... well. Until now. They had been together since high school, but earlier okay - no, yesterday, now - she'd texted him and... No. He didn't want to think about it.

They reached the door - of course Nate hadn't bothered to stick around and hold it open - and Torval sighed. "Hang on," he muttered to the sleeping Emory, and let go with one hand to open the door and head inside.
