Scienctist "proves" which Gen1 Pokemon was the best starter

  • So many newbies lately! Here is a very important PSA about one of our most vital content policies! Read it even if you are an ancient member!
It should be taken into account that Blastoise is a utility Pokemon. His attack stats and movepool don't really gear him for offensive roles, from my experience.
He's a pretty decent tank when pubbing, though.
