Oh I get it. You want a Steampunk RP, but you don't want ME to make it.

You'd prefer it if some 12 year old Anime fan threw up two lines of exposition and then allowed you to play Neko inventors with no technical knowledge whatsoever who sit around all day being delicate about their sexual awakenings.
