  1. For some reason I am not able to use the rich text editor on my phone. Is there a way to change that?

  2. Check your preferences and see if the option for using rich text editor on mobile is selected. If it isn't, there's your fix. If it is and you still don't get the rich text editor, then someone who actually knows the details of this stuff will be needed to help. :P

  3. You can TRY it by checking your preferences settings like Jorick suggested. However, it is not likely to work or work properly. Rich Text editors are not usually compatible with phone devices because mobile features have to be quick n fast. Fancy text editors usually aren't. O_O

  4. Where would one check their preferences?

  5. Click your name in the upper right corner of the page, just to the left of your Inbox and Alerts options. If a list of options pop up without you loading to a new page, find Preferences from the list of options and click it. If you do get brought to a new page, click Preferences in the Settings section of the list of options on the left. On the Preferences page there will be a drop down option for what site style you're using, then one for your time zone, then a list of options with check boxes. You'll want to make sure the second main listing, "Use the rich text editor with your mobile device?", is checked.
