It's Halloween today and I like to make TRANSYLVANIAN GOULASH. (YOU KNOW LIKE GHOULS!) Using this recipe right here as a base.

What are some cool recipes you like to eat from different countries around the world?
 
I could share my mother in law's delicious sauerbraten from Germany, or British-Indian style curries I learned from my uncle, but I think I'll go with the unofficial national dish of my country, the super customizable humble Irish spice bag/box!
