After many years Frank Castles war on crime seems at an end. Living life in an abandoned warehouse he watches and waits for his chance to catch a whisper on the wind. This is not the regular Marvel universe it is the Max so there are no superpowers or iron man like tech that said characters like nick fury black widow daredevil (just don't go crazy on his hearing) ect are allowed wolverine(with powers ) hulk thor ect are not allowed. The year is 1985. Frank Castle is taken.
