To state it plainly, not everyone likes people popping into their DMs suddenly.
This applies to the site as well as the discord server: Don't be DMing random members for RPs unless they specifically state their DMs are open and are asking for RPs!
If you're looking for RPs, head on over to Partner Connections or the appropriate Star forum and browse some threads and see what jumps out at you.
Alternatively, why not make your own partner request thread and let them come to you!
If you just want to meet people first and make friends, why not pop by the site chat or the discord server if you haven't already!
For those looking to open themselves up to DMs, you can set up your site profile to let people know it's okay to message you!
Under your Account Details down next to the 'Invitation Status' selection, check whichever box you'd like to open or close yourself to those requests!
