See those tiny little pictures under everybody else's Avatar picture and user info? At the bottom there will be the Skype symbol that you can click to gain information on that user's Skype account.
People have to add that there themselves so those who have it have made their Skype names public knowledge for whoever wants it. This will save you the time of asking for them in a thread like this.

Possible. But the level of fun you can have is impacted by the fun level of those around you.

Plus Boredom has been a catalyst for RP development.
