A zombie apocalypse rp I've thought of for a while.
It would have three strands/stages/mutations.
One;
The victim is more like a carrier. They can spread the infection through breathing and biting, but can feed off of normal good sources. Upon tasting human flesh or starving, the victim is mutated towards either stage A or B
Stage A of the plague results in the victim losing sanity and attempting to cannibalize others. In this zombie like state, the infected can be killed by head shots or damage to any major organs. Infected cannot be infected by a different disease but can die from natural causes, like blood loss or lack of food/water.
Stage B leaves the victim in a limbo. Caught between intelligence and being a zombie, the infected usually become recluse. Their only food source is other humans, and they prefer to feed in the cover of night.
