When you go to your profile page and scroll down, you'll see your Patron of Silliness, just under your followers. Now the question: What is that supposed to mean, and how important is it?
 
It uuuused to be the default gender choices and would give a default gender avatar to people that did not have an avatar!

But we made a new gender field!

And we couldn't delete the old one, because it gives those default avatars. O_O

So we just put something silly there. 8D It's meaningless.
