Feebas is the ugly duckling Pokemon with a strict requirement on how to become a swan. Such is the case of self-named Vivia, who is a humanoid/gijinka of the Pokemon world. You knew her when she was a mere Feebas, when the pastime of many school-attenders was to throw things at her after school. Then she disappeared one weekend, no one knowing where the wild Pokegirl had gone since no one really knew her in a conversing way. Then, years later, there were rumors of someone who could be seen near the lake at night, someone who's hair would shine in the moonlight with the glimmer of water when they came out of the water. But no one could ever get close, the being always disappearing into the depths of the lake. Perhaps you've become a trainer or stayed a resident of the town to take simple work, but either way your return to the lake has allowed you to see this being, this woman, who shines like a prism scale.
