[DASH=add8e6]Nevermore city, split down the middle by a twisting line of grey water it stands as a testament to the privately funded revitalization of its center. Shining pillars of glass and steel mark the commercial center, a hub for the daylight shopping and booming city nightlife.

Almost anything can be found, if you look hard enough, department stores display the latest trends and between them shops selling electronic, books, anything you hope to find in a modern city. It is Nevermore's beating heart, it's soul resonating to the tune of theaters and local musicians busking on the streets as behind the dazzling signs and lights markets sell cheep food and knock off brands.

Also in the city center, condos stretch upwards fighting each other for the view of the mountains and lights stretch out below, apartment buildings, the further away from the beating heart the dirtier and more run down the neighborhoods as off beyond the city, but still close enough to see the mansions of the rich lie in their secure enclosures.

Current Goal/Purpose: Get into the major league and earn enough to quit her second job. Look after her little brother.
General Personality: Sam was never happy as a girl and even in private school hung out with a predominantly male crowd and played them at sports then teachers weren't looking. On the field Sam is bother friendly and competitive, driving both her team and their opponents to do better. She wants more than anything to either see her team hit the bigtime, or to be picked up by one of the major teams and being found out would kill that dream in her opinion.
Working in the club is not Sam's favourite thing in the world but she knows she needs it to get enough money to live and help her little brother study, she's payed to entertain which usually translates to sitting and talking with the guests, serving drinks and possibly light flirtation.
Out of work when not completely exhausted Sam sheds most of the layers of her shell and just wants to relax as much as possible while she can. She still loved being around people but theres always the fear of them finding out she's a girl and so she avoids some forms of physical contact.

Inner Personality: Repressed at a young age and forced to dress and to some extent act like a girl in school Sam grew to hate the mental image of herself as one. While she's at ease with the facade of being a boy and has worn if for years now she knows it's a lie and hates that it is. Past experience has also left her afraid of letting anyone in in a romantic sense, afraid they'll run when they find out the truth.

General Personality: Ben seems to be pretty self absorbed. Not cruel, but he defiantly is looking out for number one. He's also on the prowl. He likes the ladies, and doesn't hide the fact. He also is pretty good at saying what they want to hear, so it's no surprise that he's rarely at a loss for a companion for the night. He doesn't seem to interested in settling down though, just having a good time. He's also very superstitious and easily distracted, thus causing situations that never should have occurred.
Inner Personality: Ben acts more oblivious then he is. What he really wants in life, he's not even sure, but as long as he can smile at the end of the day he's pretty happy. He is actually very good at his job and all the goofing off he enjoys can disappear if there's a situation that demands he take charge.
