Year 27000, the gas giant passes my liquid planet and robs it of its momentum causing it to plummet into the sun. On the other hand, I've got a successful moon around the gas giant even if its orbit is crazy irregular.

Scratch that. The moon crashed into the gas giant on year 43000.
