NAME MEANING: When Hero was born her parents wanted her to have a unique name because they believed that naming her something unique would make her unique as a person so they named her Hero. Her middle name was given to her because before Hero was born they had another baby named Aria but she didn't live for very long so they wanted to still remember her and let Hero know that she had a sister. Then the last name is just her given last name.

BIOGRAPHY / BACKSTORY: Hero grew up most of her life in Salem where her parents taught her about who she was, that she was a witch but to never use her powers for evil and to use them for good. Hero was seen as a weird child and didn't make many friends at the elementary school she attended. However, one night while she was asleep her parents were attacked and killed by a demon. The demon was about to come kill her when her godmother, Jen came through the door and scared the demon off. Jen went and woke up Hero and made Hero pack all her belongings. Hero had no idea what was going on but she followed her godmother's orders and packed her things. They left Massachusetts and Jen drove all the way to her home in Texas. Jen explained what had happened to Hero and Hero was just in a state of shock and sadness. Jen also told her that she was a hunter who hunted demons and creatures that harm humans. She never hurt Hero's family because they never hurt humans and were her friends. Jen then took Hero to a motel where the Winchester boys were staying because she was going on a hunting trip with John. John had said it would be alright if Hero had stayed with Sam and Dean while they were gone and her godmother and him left. She grew close to the Winchesters after that, often staying with them when Jen was going on a hunting trip and couldn't bring Hero with her. Though as she grew up her aunt took her on more hunting trips and trained her to become a hunter and in secret Hero practiced her powers to become stronger so that she could protect people and make sure that no kid would ever lose their parents as she lost hers. However, one night she got separated from her godmother, had no idea where she went or if she was alive, so she called Dean and he said the same thing that his Dad went missing and she's been traveling with him ever since.
BEST MEMORY: Her best memory is when she was little her parents and she would lay outside in their backyard and just stare up at the stars and try to make shapes out of them. Her father would say that one shape resembled an animal that it didn't look like at all and it made Hero and her mother laugh a lot.
WORST MEMORY: Her worst memory was seeing her parents torn to shreds on the living room floor of the house she grew up in.
CHILDHOOD: Hero had the best childhood that anyone could have, parents who loved her unconditionally were all she could have asked for. Even though others judged her because of the way she dressed, her parents loved it, and they said that she should embrace her differences and that being normal is boring. There's no adventure if a person is normal.
